Great store. Hours make no sense. 11am? I literally saw this store lose about 20 customers between 10:40am and 11am. At this time that area is very active. Clean, neat, good staff, great selection but terrible store hours

The workers are so helpful! I got my birthday balloons blown up here and Alexis was helping me blow them up and let me choose what string color I wanted and she clipped them at the end so they wouldn’t get tangled or fly away. She was also running that store like the navy!! She helped people pay with gift cards and encouraged every customer to get an email receipt to get 10% off their next purchase. She greeted customers as they entered through the elevator and made my shopping experience seamless. Just wanted to give her a shoutout on Google reviews!!

Also note that when u enter the store u need to check ur bags at the front. There are lots of fun items here for gift shopping like candy and trinkets and even some home wares.

The managers, supervisors, cashiers, and staff responsible for stocking the store are absolutely wonderful. I have consistently had positive experiences with your team, which is why I was so disappointed by a recent incident that left me feeling embarrassed and disrespected.

While entering the store, the employee responsible for holding customers’ bags informed me that I was not allowed to shop because my personal bag was considered a book bag rather than a personal bag. I calmly explained that my bag was a tote bag and asked where I was expected to place my wallet and necessary medications. He responded that my bag was “too big.” I then politely asked if he can call the manager so the situation could be clarified. The employee stated that the manager was “busy” and refused to call him not once, but twice.

This interaction was extremely embarrassing, especially as it occurred in front of another customer while we were getting in the elevator, and I was asked to exit. I work nearby and am a frequent customer at this location. I regularly shop here and often stop in to purchase sweets and items for my children and grandson. Being treated in this manner was both surprising and upsetting. Being denied the opportunity to shop and not being allowed to speak with a manager at that moment made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected.

After leaving the store, I called and asked to speak with the manager. I spoke with Cory, who apologized for the situation, and I do appreciate that. However, despite the apology, the experience left me feeling so embarrassed that I am now uncomfortable returning to the store.

I understand the importance of store policies, but the manner in which this situation was handled lacked professionalism and basic courtesy. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that no other customer has to experience what I did.

They have a lot of stuff in stock. They are very helpful and friendly. Most importantly they are very respectful and well trained. Yes it's a little messy They will clean it up after everyone is done shopping for the evening. They have diamond paintings, they have alot of stitch stuff, they also have water Dispenser's for your lovely pets. They also have Christmas wraps for you to wrap your gifts. They have alot of toys for the children to play with. The store itself is very big. They have alot of snacks as well. Go check them out. It's a new store so please be patient with them. I am very well pleased with them. I'm satisfied.

Honestly wish I could have given it a higher star count. I love 5 below been to a few and got some nice things. However the neighborhood already started making a mess in the store. I went early in the morning not 30 minutes after opening and the clothing was a mess. They dont have as much as there other locations. However with that being said they do have some good stuff and the staff was really nice I would go again. Hopefully the neighborhood wont keep destroying the store.
