They workers in the restaurant are extremely unprofessional. I went in today to purchase some food. There was already a customer at the counter ordering so I walked straight to the bathroom of which both ladies rudely said excuse me of which I said I’m trying to use the bathroom before I order. They rushed me with questions and mentioned I needed to pay. After I close the door to the restroom, I overheard Kee (worker who was sitting down) rudely talking about me while in the restroom. I walked out and said, what did you say of which she said she was tired of all of this and venting about me. I told them how rude and unprofessional she was and tried to get their manager number of which they both declined. I told them I would report them to corporate. They are rude and unprofessional.

Good location setting, looks awesome inside but the problems comes in when the workers don’t wanna necessarily be there to work. Whoever the black lady is on morning shift has a ugly attitude, she should definitely fill out her resume because she ain’t gonna last too long at this location

I just left and it was terrible! The woman clearly hated her job and they had NOTHING!! No biscuits no fires yet they charges full price. She was not nice, considerate, or approachable! They make u feel
Like u are some how the problem for entering the store yet I was the one shelling out the money. DONT GO TO THIS BOJOS AS A NORTH CAROLINIAN!!

Imagine my surprise. I walk in this Bojangles @ 10:45a Sunday morning, to get biscuits for the family. And the 1st thing I see walking in is a Bojangles sign with the word beer underneath. I actually ask the young lady serving.."This is Boganles,right. She laughed and said yes. "Can I get a beer"? We dont serve beer til 11:30a. We'll, I gave it a shot.🤣 Had to wait close to 15 mins for my 5 biscuits,but atleast they were fresh.
