I had a very active sports life in my younger years. While I never tore anything in my knees, the wear and tear from sports caused them to ache and be painful in everyday life. I heard about QC Kinetix so I thought I'd give it a try. The staff was very professional, yet fun. The treatments did help, I'm more active now than I was before and have no issues with pain in my knees. I'm definitely glad I sought them out for treatment!

I had a very disappointing experience with QC Kinetix. I was told one price, but after I signed the contract, the cost went up drastically. When I tried to get the issue fixed, the communication completely went sideways. I was given incorrect information multiple times, hung up on twice, and one staff member even laughed at me, which felt extremely unprofessional and hurtful.
This was especially upsetting because I’ve been dealing with chronic pain for five years after battling cancer twice. I truly believed I was working with people who were kind and genuinely wanted to help me, but that was not my experience once there was a problem. All I wanted was the price I was originally told.
I’m sharing this to warn others, please be careful, ask for the full contract upfront, and take your time reading it before signing anything.

Jason and staff are extremely helpful , caring and professional. I can’t speak highly enough of them. The treatment I received gave me a vast improvement in my health. I couldn’t walk without a 8-9 pain level in my knees. After my treatment I am gaining strength and no longer hobble. I would put my pain level at a 0-1. I am able to exercise now and enjoy getting my life back.
I can’t thank them enough!

Have had a great experience at the Northland QC Kinetix location. All staff are personable and professional. When getting an injection, they do a great job of visiting with you to take your mind off of the injection but are always aware of how you are doing with the procedure. Highly recommend QC Kinetix. It has been a great decision for me.

I am a 73-year-old woman who was experiencing stiffness, limited mobility, and joint popping in my knees. I had been fairly active, but was finding the limited mobility in my knees bringing things to a slow crawl-pardon the pun. I was looking for an alternative to having knee replacement surgery when my daughter told me about QC Kinetics.. The more natural, non-invasive approach appealed to me. I was expecting immediate results, but in all honesty, it took the full regimen of treatments before my knees were noticeably improved. I am now 5 months out from the treatments and am thoroughly amazed at how effective the results have been. No pain, no popping, full mobility to the point I am fully engaged again in rehabbing houses, climbing stairs, climbing ladders, and playing on the floor with my grandkids. My one caveat is that I wear good knee pads while working to protect my knees as I hope to be using them to their full advantage for a good, long time. I am extremely pleased with the healing process QC Kinetics provides and am most grateful to Jason and his staff in Gladstone for their attentiveness and professionalism.
