If you are attending a review at this location ensure you ask permission to record it. This assessment team only reviews and reads a portion of the information they receive. They will only report on information that benefits the insurer. Even when you clarify that they received the information and the written file differs from their report they refuse to correct it. The assessment team is a GP, Chiropractor and Physiotherapist. Be cautioned that they work together all the time. This is not an independent assessment team. The assessment team has the ability to tell insurers that you never needed surgery and everything is soft tissue injuries or strains. My rating of this clinic is unacceptable. ZERO STAR RATING
