It seemed great at first, until the doctor refused to write referrals, and the one time she did it took weeks just for the other office to say they never got it. It took almost two months for a cane prescription to get filled because she didn't want to give out her signature to medical suppliers, at least that was the last excuse after the classic "always out of staff" and she "doesn't handle paperwork." It's been months and I haven't been able to get basic paperwork filled out for school.

This is my 3rd visit to see Dr ANAZA she has the best attitude upon meeting her she attentively listens to your problem and goes forward with the best plan for you. This was the strangest doctor's office I have ever been to. Very friendly nurse practitioner and lady she was training but felt very unorganized. Never got my lab results until I called them repeatedly. Then found out I was billed a TeleHealth visit with the doctor called me back to tell me my results were normal. I had no idea she was billing my insurance for our brief conversation about my results. Overall did not like not having the online portal to view my results and being billed when I was not aware of it. Feels more like a esthetician’s spa than a dr office.

This is an awesome place. The staff is professional and caring. Dr. Anaza is very passionate about helping me to focus on and keep track of my weight loss goals.
