I’ve used Ava Exchange about 4–5 times so far to transfer money, with the help and guidance of Ms. Niaz.

Honestly, every time their rates have been among the most competitive and fair in the market, and the transactions have been completed faster than usual.

I was introduced to Ava Exchange by a friend, and now after working with them several times, I confidently recommend them to my own friends as well.

I came to Canada about 7 months ago and it was really hard for me to send my money to Iran until I searched on Google and found several exchanges. The first thing that is very important to me is the respectful attitude of the staff and their advice. More than the several exchanges I went to, Ava Exchange was the only exchange that I approved in all respects. Today I had a rush transfer. Ava Exchange did the transfer for me this afternoon, but the other exchanges take two days to send the money. Even the good attitude of the staff is very important to me, so I recommend Ava Exchange to everyone

I really appreciate how this exchange operates — the atmosphere is welcoming, the process is simple, and the rates are fair for everyone. It’s such a positive addition to our neighborhood and a great example of how local businesses should be run!

I had a great experience at Ava exchange office. The service was trustable, fast, and professional, and the rates were very good compared to other places. I really appreciated how honest and helpful the staff were — everything was clear, quick and easy, no hidden fees or confusion. Definitely recommend if you want good prices, honest service and looking for a reliable currency exchange!

Very disappointed with their service. Yesterday they informed the exchange rate and I asked for their account number to make the transfer, but after that they completely stopped responding. When I followed up today, they refused to honor the rate they had given and said it would now be based on today’s price. This is very unprofessional and unreliable behavior. I would not recommend dealing with them if you expect honesty and commitment to their word.

I called them on the phone, i was told the exchange rate from USD to CAD is 1.38; i drove to them and when i went there they offered me lesser rate (1.375) although she confirmed it is 1.38 twenty minutes ago on the phone. I had other nearer shops offering the same rate of 1.375; but i drove extra 20 minutes to be scammed.
