We had such an amazing experience with our birthday package! I booked it last minute. Literally 2 days before the party. The water slide was a huge hit and kept the kids entertained for hours. The snow cone machine was the perfect extra touch and made the party even more fun. And the flavors were provided !!! 🥳🍧
The staff were absolutely wonderful! so friendly, helpful, and welcoming from start to finish. They made everything easy and stress-free, which allowed us to actually enjoy celebrating instead of worrying about the details. Not to mention we were able to keep the equipment for the full weekend!
Everything was clean, fun, and well-organized, and the kids had an absolute blast! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an affordable, fun, and memorable birthday experience. We will definitely be booking with them again! ❤️

I was a little hesitant booking with this company (just because their prices were so much cheaper than anyone else’s in the area), but my expectations were surpassed and then some. There was great communication throughout the entire process, and meeting them for setup and take down was a breeze. The company worked with my schedule and even dropped the inflatable off a day early, without charging me an extra fee ( please don’t expect them to do this, but I wanted to explain how they went above and beyond).
The inflatable itself was in great condition and such a hit at my event.
Honestly, I won’t even think about renting from another company in the future, these guys were great.

We rented the Party Package and had such a great experience from start to finish! Booking was incredibly easy, and their communication was excellent. They kept us updated every step of the way, including letting us know exactly when to expect drop-off, which made party planning so much less stressful.

We were also pleasantly surprised to find out the Party Package included a concession! We chose the cotton candy, and it was an absolute hit with the kids. The bounce house was clean, arrived on time, and everything was set up quickly and professionally.

We couldn't have asked for a better experience and will definitely be renting from them again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable, friendly, and stress-free party rental company!

These guys are AMAZING!

We had a Celebration of Life on a Saturday. A friend said that they had chairs available but after seeing them we knew we couldn’t use them.

We called Bertie and Laurie Party Castles at 5:30 PM on Friday and they were able get 3+ dozen chairs and several tables delivered by 10 AM on Saturday. They handled delivery and pickup, making it super easy on us. And the best part is that they were extremely friendly and compassionate.

Thank you so much to the team and I HIGHLY recommend them!!!
