Dr. Olivera developed a passion for medicine and helping underserved patients after witnessing the challenges faced by homeless individuals with mental illness during his childhood. His vast medical experience includes outpatient and inpatient care, mental health, substance use disorders, and homeless populations. Having a special interest in serving the community, Dr. Olivera also served in missionary brigades for Central and South America. As a provider, he enjoys using value-based medicine to support his patients in managing chronic diseases. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling and exploring different cultures, and savoring international cuisine.
