Working with Jaklin was an absolute pleasure. I had the opportunity to list my pool house for lease with her, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Not only did she get it leased in under a month, but she also made the entire process feel effortless. From day one, Jaklin was organized, communicative, and completely committed to getting the job done right.

She took the time to understand the unique features of the property—including the pool, outdoor bathroom, and fruit trees—and made sure to highlight those details in the listing. Her marketing approach was top-notch, with great photos, strong listing descriptions, and well-targeted outreach. The open house she hosted brought in a lot of qualified interest, and thanks to her negotiation skills, I ended up with great tenants at a rental rate I was very happy with.

Jaklin is knowledgeable, approachable, and always available to answer questions or provide updates. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares about your property and works hard to deliver results, Jaklin is the one. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with her again or recommend her to friends and family.

Working with Jaklin at NextHome Grandview was an absolute pleasure. I got the home listed and advertised for a few days, afterwards we already had multiple applications and she helped me screen everybody and decide on the best fit! She went above and beyond to ensure that my listing received maximum exposure, ultimately leading to a successful rental agreement. I highly recommend her team at NextHome Grandview to anyone in need of real estate services.

I want to thank Christine for everything she did for us!!!! I cannot describe the level of professionalism and willingness to help Christine showed us. I recommend her to every single person I come across who is looking to rent/buy. She probably showed us more than 10 listings, always with the same level of enthusiasm and kindness. She was prompt to answer any questions we had and communicated with the owners/landlords about any future needs. She went above and beyond for us and we will forever be grateful! She helped us find exactly what we were looking for and made sure that the application process was as smooth as possible. Honestly, Christine is one of the bests there is, and also she is exceptionally kind. Thank you Christine!!!
