I give Unitech 5 stars for their service! My GE refrigerator stopped cooling on a Saturday morning, and I thought I’d lose all my food over the weekend. To my surprise, Unitech was able to schedule me the same day. Vance arrived right on time, quickly diagnosed that the fan motor had gone bad, and had the replacement part stocked in his van. He had my refrigerator cooling again before lunch. Vance explained everything with patience and made sure I understood the repair before leaving. Same-day service at an affordable price is hard to find, but Unitech delivered.

We had an excellent experience with Vance from Unitech Appliance Repair. Our Whirlpool washing machine stopped draining, and I was worried it would take days to fix. Unitech fit us in the same afternoon. Vance was polite, very professional, and even gave us tips on how to avoid clogs in the future. The whole process felt easy and stress-free, and the cost was much lower than I expected for same-day service. I would highly recommend Vance and the Unitech team!

Vance was great to work with. From the moment I called Unitech, the office was professional and got me a same-day appointment. Vance texted when he was on his way, showed up on time, and went right to work on my Samsung dryer. He explained what he was checking, showed me the issue, and had the part ready to go. The repair was quick, the price was very affordable, and I loved that he cleaned up the area before leaving. My dryer was working perfectly again the same day. I will definitely call Unitech for all my appliance repairs.
