We have had very bad experiences with H&R Block (we still do not have all of our refund from 2023 because of their employee’s mistake), so we were looking for someone else to do our taxes this year. I made an appointment with Jackson Hewitt Tax Service in the Port Charlotte Mall. What a difference the experience was! The Branch Manager, Victoria, completed our taxes in record time. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and cared about us getting every discount that we are eligible for. And, it cost us much less than H&R Block charges! What a blessing on a senior’s budget. Nice, clean office. Victoria exceeded our expectations. We will always use them from now on and highly recommend them to family and friends.

I’ve been a Jackson Hewitt customer for years. I previously went to the Walmart locations. I decided to visit the Port Charlotte Mall location this year. It was so nice to have a quiet office to discuss my taxes. Victoria was very helpful too. Definitely coming back here next year. Thank you!
