I had a chip in my windshield and phoned a few places until I spoke with Jay at Forest City Auto Glass. The price was incredibly reasonable and honestly the best pricing I found. Jay was so flexible with my availability and accommodated it with no issues! The service was absolutely amazing, everyone was so friendly and very welcoming. Jay was very knowledgeable as he explained the process to me as well! I highly, highly recommend!

Jay and his team did a phenomenal job in replacing my car's windshield. The communication was very clear, highly efficient top notch work and work done to satisfaction and perfection. My experience at Forest City Auto Glass was excellent; they exceeded my expectation for service and quality of work. Very friendly, welcoming, and reassuring; taking time to explain the procedure to me. Shop was clean and organized. Quality of work was superior, I have been to other auto glass repairs shop before; I will never bring my vehicles anywhere but Forest City Auto Glass from now on.

Originally chose this place for the reasonable pricing, but was met with incredible service from start to finish. I went in for a full windshield replacement, left with a new windshield, a fully washed car, and the confidence that I had left my car in good hands. The overall experience was amazing! The service was efficient and well done. Jay & Elena were both lovely to deal with and I will be returning in the future if needed.

So all drivers out there (Jeep owners feel my pain) dont panic if you get a chip on your windshield!!!
I panicked yesterday as I was driving and got hit pretty hard… thought I had to once again replace my windshield. I called Forest auto glass in London Ontário and was invited to stop by and have them to look at my windshield and fixed it. Well the service was amazing, professional and super quick. Not only I got that one chip fixed they found two others!!!! Amazing 😊

Forest City Auto Glass did an amazing job replacing my windshield on SUV. Due to working out of town I couldn’t get the suv to their shop during regular work hours. After a quick phone call on a Sunday night, they were there the next day. They came after regular work hours to my house and replaced the windshield on the spot. The customer service and attention to detail was above and beyond. Jay and Elena really want their customers to be 100 % satisfied and the quality of the work shows for it. He even detailed the car as well which was one step above and beyond. The price was very fair compared to competitors and just the interaction with Jay and his wife beats going to any corporate competitor. Great job Forest City Auto Glass. I am a happy customer

I was referred to them by sister as she also had incredible service from them. I needed my windshield replaced. Jay was professional, friendly, gave a great price, great communication and very accommodating.
Despite the crappy raining weather, both Jay and Elena showed up at our house and replaced the windshield. However, the car detailing was an added bonus! Wow! We were beyond impressed with the service we received! Can’t thank them enough for making this experience so easy! 10 stars!
