Braden and Precise Homes are a rare and unique find. You will experience nothing less than extensive professionalism, honesty, integrity, and exceptional communication during your renovation or work. Over the years, I have gone through extreme stress and disappointment from Contractors I have hired, and although I did not go ahead with my job, it would have been an absolute pleasure, peace of mind, and reassurance, if I had hired Precise. From the first impression meeting Braden, he demonstrated nothing less than a professional attitude, complete transparency and honesty, and his attention to detail in merely providing me with a quote, demonstrated to me, that there are true professionals and trustworthy Contractors, and retaining their services, nobody would be disappointed. They are a rare find amongst the extensive so-called Contractors and skilled trades!

We hired Precise Custom Homes to do our exterior of the house. From the very beginning Rick, Braden, Brendan and team, Marc and his team, Andrew and his team, Meg the designer were top notch and pleasant to work with. They are very professional and do amazing work, we are extremely happy with this company and I can’t recommend them enough. Braden is a first-rate project manager, and knows the custom-home industry inside out. An absolute pleasure to work with, he never missed a detail on our 7-figure, 1+ year long project. When we had to pivot he gave us lots of notice, laid out our options, and kept our stress levels to a minimum. You're in good hands with Braden!

We hired Precise Projects to do several projects in different areas of our home. The entire process was seamless and everyone was very professional, from our initial meetings with Rick and Braden to the work done by Rick, Mike and Megan. They were at our home everyday until the renovations were completed, even when we asked them to do quite a bit of additional painting for us. Megan was helpful and knowledgeable in guiding us to our vision. Mike was at our home, on time each day and was an excellent worker. Rick was very hands on and his a Mike's attention to detail was beyond our expectations. We had a few unexpected issues arise that were handled promptly so the project could keep on track. The work ethic of everyone involved was amazing and appreciated. The trades they work with were excellent and Rick was always on hand when they were in our home.
We would highly recommend them and would not hesitate to use them again.

We hired Precise projects to renovate our bathroom and they were far and away the best contractors we have ever hired. They started on the day they said they would start, and they were there every day until the job was done. Mike showed up every day at 7:55 and left at 5. Rick was super hands on and extremely picky. Every detail was thoroughly laboured over and nothing was left to chance. He would come almost every day just to check on progress and solve any issues that came up the day before. Braden was super helpful with the design, and sourcing the materials that we wanted. Invoicing was detailed, clear and fair. All of the sub trades that were on site were also fantastic. There were no unexpected surprises. I would highly recommend Rick, Braden and their team for any job big or small.

Hard to put into words that describe the dedication both owners have in creating your personal project.
We see the logic behind how they present information, asking questions… first to determine our specific wants but also questions that lead to more discovery.Looking at all details as they pertain to your project .
We see their openness in discussions and offering creative solutions with a flexibly that allows all parties success.
I have seen just how precise they are in their work… right down to everything that is not open to visual exposure being absolutely tidy and organized. Personally I feel that one thing alone speaks volumes .

We had a major renovation done to our country home out in Waterdown and want to thank specifically Rick and Mike from Precise Projects for amazing craftsmanship.
They took pride in their work and always communicated with us.
The pictures probably dont do justice but you can always email questions.
Converted 2 bedrooms and half living room to a massive master, ensuite and wrap around closet with laundry. Also raised ceiling height 2 feet

Rick and Braden did a great job for us from start to finish. From design of the project to sourcing fixtures to dealing with the inevitable unexpected events of any renovation, they listened carefully and gave thoughtful advice. They stuck closely to our planned schedule and minimized the disruption to our daily life. The final cost of the project tracked closely with the original plan. This is our second project with Precise Projects and we feel we got a great result both times. Highly recommended.

I got my kitchen and bathroom remodelled and wow! Such a great experience and difference. The whole company works like a charm. No hidden fees or disappearing people. Braden having the overview and Rick stands up to the name of the company precise seeing flaws that I wouldn't have caught. Mike working reliable and no mess left ever.
I finally can enjoy my bathroom and kitchen and I only can recommend them. I have dealt with a lot of contractors in my life. If it comes to value for your price go for them. Never been happier with work that has been done right to a fair price.

As we started the process of our renovation I was not sure what to expect. Harper Designs made decisions easy with selections to move forward. Partnering with Precise Projects working together with Harper Designs we are delighted with our end result. Braden was highly organized in arranging every detail from the start date, timeline to finish , and keeping in touch with updates with workers. Rick would come by and check in with the workers. Precise Projects scored an A+ in our books but don’t stop reading yet … Precise Projects literally helped us make our dreams come true. Sounds cliché, but they did not just build us a house. They built a dream that was in the works for 25 yrs and spent 3 yrs patiently helping us achieve our goals. They helped us environmentally repurpose our own materials by salvaging and reusing resources (posts & beams, barn board, limestone, roofing tin etc.). They also welcomed me (the owner) to be a very active presence in the project, enabling me to be very hands on and complete some of the work myself. This was not your usual builder/client relationship. This was a collaboration where they stayed true to our vision, even when it didn’t follow theirs, and we adapted as well based on their advice and experience. Rick was patient and considered our priorities, answered our many many questions, was attentive to our needs/wants and we always felt like we were their priority.
The schedule was well managed (no gaps) and Braden was always prompt in getting back to us. Braden managed the quotes and worked hard to keep us on budget as best as possible. At the same time, providing facts and options/alternatives if things became unaffordable.
Precise Projects did not choose to work with the lowest bidder but instead focused on affordable quality and proven expertise. Cheap prices in this business sometimes mean cheap quality too. And this build was by no means “cheap”. Rick’s focus on quality and his attention to detail meant that things did not slip past, and he pushed trades to do it again if necessary. He truly lives and works in accordance with his company name … Precise Projects.
Rick & Braden, and all the trades, were an absolute treat to work with and we came to feel like they were family. It has been an honour to have worked with them and we feel blessed many times over for the amazing home they have built for us.
