Stay away from this company Furnace and heat pump installed 2 years ago. Water line from furnace was installed above so water dripping caused furnace/heat exchanger to rust which cost us an extra $2600 to fix. After furnace was installed they cleaned the ductwork and pulled out the coil which resulted in us having to get a coil redone. They sat on my brand new dryer and damaged it (it was finally replaced by them). They made extra holes in foundation and did a patch job covering up. They took out a fig tree from my garage because it must have been in their way and left it out all winter(i didn't go look)so it died. Heat pump is 2 inches away from 2 vents and not to code and now they want to do a bandaid fix of turning it which is still not to code, would interfere with my garage door and would be a nightmare to service (only a foot on each side). And in order to put it to code they want to charge me!Computer generated responses with actually no accountability and following through to make themselves look like they follow through on fixing issues caused by their company is infuriating. I regret using this company.

We called to have our AC unit looked at and have maintenance done on it. The technician was fantastic. Woke up to the unit leaking and put in a service call that day and the technician was back out the same day. Serviced our unit and everything running fine. Had a leaking issue again and customer service was fantastic and had a technician at our house again to help. No charges! The technicians are friendly and knowledgeable. This is the company to call for your air conditioning/ heating needs. 5 stars all around! Definitely recommend 👌

We just had a new furnace and water tank installed by Nick and Gavin from Central Heating, and honestly, it was a great experience from start to finish. Our old equipment actually failed, and they were able to get brand new units installed the very next day, which was a huge relief.

They were super professional, showed up on time, and you could tell they really knew their stuff. Before anything started, they walked us through our options, answered all our questions, and made sure we felt confident in the decision. There was no pressure at all, which we really appreciated.

Installation day went smoothly—everything was done efficiently, and they left the place clean like they were never even there. Both the furnace and water tank are working perfectly, and we’ve already noticed a big improvement in comfort.

One thing that really stood out was the 10-year parts and labour warranty. That definitely gave us peace of mind knowing we’re covered long-term.

Horrible, Horrible, horrible! I can share all the service calls since receiving our new freestanding fireplace that they butchered installing. Please stay away!!! They can't service their poor work! Owner Kevin refuses to support the customer and constantly backs the company. Looks decent from far, but remember this was a brand new install with remote capabilities. They plugged holes with tape and tried painting the stack inside my home while installing! The endless problems are never dealt with without a service call expense, that is to this day not been resolved! I've given up on them, but couldn't leave it alone after hearing an ad on Rock 95. So basically, you can Safford to pay for advertising, but not right wrongs! Shame on you Kevin.
