I have dealt with essential Liquids for almost 7 years now, and cannot remember a time when the customer service was ever below 100% of me being totally satisfied. When I had trouble logging into their new website, Sandra took the time to make a personal phone call to me to help me through the process. I wish the other companies that I deal with on a regular basis had this kind customer service and attention to detail. I have always received every order that I purchased from this company.
