Update: From start of order to driving off it took 20 minutes!!!! I won’t be back. Unless they get new management in here to train staff on processes. Seems that there is far too many on the drive thru line and no one knows what task they are assigned. Seems like they need some rewriting on their processes or call corporate to step in and train. This was just ridiculous. YOURE LOSING SO MUCH MONEY.

Salad here was wilted and service took forever. It’s only at this location they are all slow. It’s like everyone is delayed in the eyes.

The experience in the drive thru this evening with Max was amazing! He was so funny and full of life when taking my order. Also a great upsell on the cups! I definetely bought one at the end just because of his service. I even let his manager know when i got to the window. Great job my guy!

Got sweet tea instead of unsweetened tea that I asked for. Didn't get any mayo for my sandwich so I had to stop at my house so I could eat my sandwich. Staff was unfriendly unlike any other chick fil a that I've been to. Tried calling the store but nobody answered after having to find the number online because they don't put it on the receipt.

I don't know what happened to the staff here, they all except 2 employees acted like they really didn't want to be there. They all looked like zombies. The person who I had ordered from had acted like a robot and when I had asked them a question their response was will that be it for you. I had responded to that with don't you hear the words coming out of my mouth and his response again was will that be it for you🙄😕🧐 The prices there for what you get are very expensive. I had ordered 3 kids meals (which I had to ask for the prize that came with it) and a grilled chicken sandwich for a total of approximately $30! I could have went to a family restaurant for that price and received much more food and better customer service. I would not recommend this place because of this.

Today I had the pleasure of being served by Maggie. There was two cars in front of me and a man was honking and yelling to hurry up. She handled the situation wonderfully. I wanted to acknowledge her for that. I feel sometimes God test our patience especially in the service industry and that fact that she handled everything calm and with a positive attitude shows what an amazing worker she is!
