FixitBay was great. Andrei did an excellent job. He arrived on time, communicated everything really well, and then fixed our dryer in a reasonable amount of time for a reasonable amount of money. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

If you want a great communicator and handyman call FixitBay LLC and ask for Andrei. Our building was having issues with a clothes dryer. Andrei was great at providing me scheduling times to choose from and letting me know he was on his way to the building. He ordered parts and then let me know when he would be back to replace. Start to finish it was all done professionally. Thank you!

Super responsive even checking in daily while our part was in transit. Andrei was quick to come to our house on a weekend for the diagnostic and then came right after the part came to install. He understood we needed our fridge working and was very helpful

Andrei was quick to respond to my query for service, and he was able to maks an appointment with the sae week. His service fee is cheaper then any others. He was consistent in communicating about our appointment time with me including a text when he was on his way.

He needed to buy a part and was ready to return in 2 days. He is honest, informative, knowledgable and easy to talk to. I will definitely use him for any further appliance service that I need.

Andrei was a pleasure to work with! From the moment he took on the work order to fix my dryer, I was thoroughly impressed by his professionalism in his communication and craft. He was exceptionally responsive, thoughtful, and understood my pain to get things done quickly. My washer also broke down shortly after, and he managed to fix both machines with mastery, all in one session with a smile. Thank you Andrei for your help, it is very much appreciated! Highly recommend his business for a seamless, trusted repair process.

I cannot recommend FixitBay LLC highly enough. Andrei came quickly to help me with an urgent issue with my SubZero refrigerator.

He is exceptional at what he does—quickly diagnosing the problem, targeting the exact issue, and repairing it efficiently and thoroughly. He is highly competent, incredibly knowledgeable, punctual, and very considerate in his approach.

What truly sets Andrei apart is his honesty and fairness. He is one of the very few service professionals I’ve worked with where I genuinely did not feel overcharged or taken advantage of. His pricing is unbelievably reasonable for the quality of work he delivers.

Reliable, skilled, and trustworthy—Andrei is a rare find in appliance repair. I will absolutely call him again and recommend him without hesitation.

Andre was extremely professional, and very efficient. It was extremely important that my oven got fixed today because I am a home Baker and I had an event to do at 12:00. He immediately diagnosed the problem went out to his car to get the igniter to replace it and had it done in a blink of an eye. I highly recommend FixitBay I will definitely use them in the future if needed.

Easy and fast to coordinate with, same day service on a Saturday, which was impressive. The contractor came in and helped diagnose the problem. Unfortunately it couldn’t be fixed but because it was a quick job they gave me a discount. Super nice.

I had a great experience with FixitBay LLC Appliance Repair! My stove wasn’t working properly - only one burner would turn on, and the other three stopped heating completely. I called FixitBay, and Andrei came the same day. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained everything clearly, and had all the tools and parts he needed.

Within an hour, all four burners were working again - like new! 🔥
What really impressed me was the level of professionalism and honesty. The service was fast, the price was fair, and they even offer a 6-month warranty on parts and labor, which gave me real peace of mind.

If you’re in the San Francisco or Bay Area and need reliable stove or cooktop repair, I highly recommend FixitBay. Friendly, transparent, and they really know what they’re doing!

Andrei did an excellent job fixing our washer and refrigerator/freezer. He correctly diagnosed the issues, ordered all the right parts (keeping us in the loop), and completed the repairs on time and under budget. The appliances works perfectly now (even the freezer ice-maker is operational again).

I highly recommend you contact Andrei for any repair issues. Don’t waste your time with a home warranty service. We had one and they completely failed to fix our fridge, across 11 months of work with five different repair people, all completely incompetent.

Call Andrei instead! He’ll get to the bottom of the issue right away.

He came within the time frame given and as soon as he got here he diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it. He had the parts he needed for my oven already with him so no delay in going to the store. Customer service was excellent. Thank you for fixing our oven/stove!

Exceptional company. They were communicative and helpful from the start. A tech came here the next day, was absolutely lovely and gave a full verbal and then written description of the issues he found. I am very pleased and plan on reaching out to them again should I have any issues in the future. Highly recommend!
