Amazingly clean & friendly staff. Can't say the same about the typical Karen customers who inserted themselves into like everyone's conversations. Yes yes we know there's "free" drying...but it's actually credits from your washing. So if I offer someone the almost 25 mins left on my dry, I did it cuz it could save that other persons drying credits. People need to mind their business frfr.
But besides those lovely ladies🫩, this place is huge, has many sizes of washers, lots of bathrooms, and ACTUAL laundry bags (not those cheap mesh or plastic ones that most places have) for sale that are EXCELLENT! Only wish they'd close & remodel the one in Alton at a better location. Cuz driving all this way just to feel safe doing laundry at any time, is a bit much, but oh so worth it.
Just be careful of those snarky karens you'll meet in the wild. 💙

I’m very impressed with this laundromat! Brought some stuff in to help my parents out, and the employee was friendly and helpful explaining the card system (super easy and convenient). She cleaned the entire time I was here: sweeping, cleaning the folding counters, and sanitizing machines as soon as they were vacated. Bathrooms were also extremely clean. Would absolutely recommend!

I am writing to share my positive experience with your facility. This is truly the best laundromat in the area. It is exceptionally clean and affordable, and I appreciate having five different types of washing machines to accommodate various load sizes.

The location and atmosphere are perfect, and I especially value that the environment is kid-friendly. Thank you for providing such a great service!!!

I’ve been an RV’er/nomad for 6 years now, and I’ve seen a lot of laundromats. This one is by far the nicest I’ve ever been to. The machines are newer, well maintained, not out of order and don’t smell weird or have weird build up in them. There is an attendant that regularly cleans the machines, the common areas, and the restrooms. There’s actual comfortable seating with plugs so you can charge your devices. Plenty of laundry carts, vending machines, and WiFi.

I loved not having to carry around a bunch of quarters and that I could load the amount I wanted onto my wash card. I did balk a little initially at the cost of the wash loads, but drying is free so it all evens out. This is especially nice if you have a heavier item like a large rug or comforter that might take a long time to dry.

All in all, 5 stars and highly recommend.
