Showed up to pick up a full truck load of pallets about 10:30 am. Called the number on sign, got dock 1 right away. No other trucks were there. The lady on phone was real nice. Waited about 30 min, nothing happened, decided to read reviews got real worried after reading some of them since this was Friday and I wanted to get home for the weekend faster which is about halfway to Norfolk Va where the load was going. Called the lady, she said those were old reviews and I should get loaded soon, waited another 20 min, nothing happened. Decided to be proactive, got my butt out of the cab and went to look for the loader, immediately found a nice Latino man between 2 forklifts playing with his phone. Explained to him that I need to get going, he said it’s not his job, I asked him to please find someone who’s job it was to load me, he was kind enough to call someone via cellphone speaking Spanish, then told me that someone will come in 10 min. That is wha happened, about 30 min later I was loaded with a full truckload of pallets. 3 other trucks showed up by that time. Lesson is to be proactive and nice!!!!

At this place for 4 1/2 hours so far and these employees are on their phones more than they are loading trucks. One forklift driver is driving down the street, playing on his cell phone. I'm glad I'm not the owner cause I sure wouldn't want to pay employees to be on their cell phones instead of working.

Love this place! Staff is nice as long as it ain't office staff. Usually in and out under an hour for flatbeds. Sign says 8-5 but most of the time they unload about 7 ish. Gladly come here anytime!
