I do not make this post lightly. However, I rely on reviews of others so I felt I needed to make this one. Two weeks ago, Veronica set an appt date and time for me for services. She double booked that appt and then offered to reschedule the next day. Again, she set date and time. For the second time we traveled 25 miles (one-way) to get to the appt. I called her when she was 5 mins late. She stated she forgot but offered to come right away but it would take her 15 mins to get there. I can't comment on whether she performs good service but I can say her work ethic regarding reliability is horrible. I decided not to move forward with her service because it requires follow-up and I doubted her dependability.

Ms. Morris did a good job on my permanent eyeliner. It didn't hurt as much as the times I had it performed in lousy Wisconsin [government ](overpriced state along with Texas [government]...). Ms. Morris also has that Southern Hospitality about herself! Her prices are reasonable and her work is above par.

I had my brows microbladed by Veronica back in 2020, and I was so thrilled with the results that even after moving halfway across the country, I still make sure to schedule my touch-up appointments with her whenever I’m back in Texas. She’s incredibly talented and always delivers flawless work.

On my last visit, I was overdue for a touch-up, and Veronica was awesome about getting me in. Now my brows look amazing again, and I love the feeling of not having to worry about them when I’m getting ready. Veronica did an amazing job on my permanent eyeliner, and I love it! I was a little nervous about getting permanent makeup, but Veronica did a great job of putting me at ease and letting me know what she was doing while she was applying the eyeliner. She provided me with some follow up care instructions for aftercare, and my eyeliner turned out great! I have recommended her to my friends, and I highly recommend Rise & Shine if you have been wanting permanent makeup!

Veronica is very knowledgeable and professional. I knew immediately that I was in good hands, especially my eyebrows. I’ve had two treatments with her and my eyebrows look fantastic! The procedure was pain-free. Her pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions were very clear and helped produce the best possible results.
