Tiauna the phlebotomist has the most positive attitude and she was very thorough while performing my blood work. She has a very comforting energy, and I truly feel lucky to have been assigned to her for my labs during my health scare! I appreciate the care I received at this location very much.

Best experience I’ve ever had in a medical setting. I believe her name is Tatiana, but could have that wrong… i’m a healthy guy with a positive blood type so I’ve donated a lot of blood and done double red blood cell; I’m experienced with getting my blood drawn. She was so on target I didn’t even feel a prick! Also, my doctor office never bothered to send out the order and she was super patient as they got that fixed. Highly recommend! Y’all should give her a raise because I might come back and try to hire her for my practice…

The phlebotomist I had did a superb job. She was the manager of this location. A super lady about 40 or so. She was so kind, so expert at her job.. an impressive person. She took 9 tubes of blood in a few minutes. I am squeamish about needles, but she made it quick, painless and easy. I think the corporate should make her in charge or more locations!
Corporate needs to buy a large sign for the outside of this building as it’s hard to spot from the street.. I had to drive by 4 times to find it even with Google Maps!!!.. Corporate…. Get your act together on this now. And hire a person to do reception instead of a machine… way impersonal. Your people are your business! People need jobs, machines don’t NEED jobs!

Got here at 7:20, appointment was for 7:40 at 8 asked after watching everyone that got here after me being called back I asked young black lady if she new how much longer, she was rude, sarcastic and not helpful. Unnecessarily harsh and unkind. Wrong profession, sad that empathy and kindness is a rarity in healthcare.
