I always eat here at cava because the food is delectable, the service is efficient and the atmosphere is always inviting. I remember the first time I came in, the manager made my experience fun by teaching me the ingredients and the endless options for customization. And now when I come in at night, the staff are still welcoming even after a long day. Staff member Azalia even remembers my order because of how often I visit. She always helps me with the app and makes sure Im able to use and gain points with every transaction and assists me with using any available reward towards a cheaper meal. She always makes me feel welcomed, appreciated, remembered and I’ll definitely be coming back regularly as usual.

Actually, eaten here a few times and it’s great. But my wife and I just got the salad and lentil bowl (with other stuff) and the Lentils were uncooked. Like, totally. So now throughout both our bowls there’s the equivalent of small stones. You’re not supposed to eat raw lentils, it’s kind of dangerous. I’m not going to drive back to the place on this one, we made a complaint through the app. If they fix this/refund I’ll move my review up. Willing to give them more visits, but if I get raw food again, especially lentils which aren’t digestible raw, I won’t eat there again. EDIT: apparently the managers at these places can’t do anything about orders done on line. And also was kind of fighting us in “how long ago” the lentils were made. So we’re hoping/waiting for a reaction from that. I just left the bag of food, and showed the manager how the lentils sounded like stones when you moved them… not so happy with the experience.

Last night was my first time ever going to cava. I wasn’t too sure what to order but Karen was able to help me figure the main. She was so nice and patient with me, providing me with different recommendations. Overall my experience was great and I will be coming back!

Yesterday, I visited Cava for the first time, and it was a delightful experience. Josean was absolutely wonderful and attentive; he even took the time to explain how I could build my bowl. Frankly, the flavors in that combination were INCREDIBLE. People like him should be in every fast-casual restaurant—he is phenomenal! Cava Danbury has been my best dining experience yet.

I had a great experience at CAVA. The food was fresh, flavorful, and exactly what you expect from high-quality Mediterranean cuisine. Everything was well prepared, and the ingredients tasted incredibly fresh.

What really made the visit stand out was the excellent customer service. The staff was friendly, attentive, and professional throughout my visit. I especially want to recognize the manager, Josean, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. His leadership and genuine care for customers truly enhanced the overall experience.

I highly recommend CAVA to anyone looking for delicious Mediterranean food paired with outstanding service. I will definitely be coming back.
