We brought in our shattered iPad, which we had previously taken into Apple. Apple basically told us there was nothing we could do and we would be better off purchasing a new device. We went into Elite Tech and met Adam who was very upfront and honest. He made sure we knew all of our options ahead of time. Ultimately, we decided to have it repaired and I do not regret it one bit. It was an extremely easy and quick process, and much more affordable than buying a whole new device. They will definitely be our first stop if we need something repaired in the future.

I took my Galaxy phone in to Elite Tech. The on/off button was not working. Adam replaced the part in 10 minutes. He is knowledgeable, honest, and reasonably priced. The phone is working great! I will definitely used Elite Tech again.

I had an excellent experience with Elite Tech Repair and Adam. From the very beginning, he was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. He replied quickly, helped set up the appointment, and arrived exactly when he said he would.

Adam carefully inspected my Galaxy Note 20 5G, determined what was needed, and promptly ordered the replacement parts. As soon as the parts arrived, he completed the repair the very same day. The entire process was smooth, convenient, and stress-free.

If you’re debating who to call, stop scrolling and call Adam. 😂

I called him THIS MORNING after absolutely destroying yet another phone screen (apparently I have a talent for it). Instead of making me drive across town, he came to me, showed up exactly when he said he would, fixed my phone crazy fast, and was super transparent the entire time.

No upselling, no weird surprises, just honest service and quality work. He even told me I need to invest in a phone case because I’m a chronic screen breaker. 💀 He’s definitely not wrong.

He saved me time, money, and a huge headache. Customer service was 10/10, and the convenience alone is worth it. Hopefully I don’t need him again anytime soon…but let’s be real, I’ll probably see you in a few months, Adam. 😂📱

Very happy I found this place and met the owner Adam. Excellent service from a very knowledgeable and personable guy. Needed a badly cracked screen replaced on my iPhone and it was done in less than 20 minutes for a price at the bottom of the range for this repair. Repair was great with no issues. A real excellent trifecta of knowledge, service and affordability. Always happy to support a local small business owner too. I now know why they have so many 5 star reviews. Thank you Adam!
