Brayden was very informative, knowledgeable, helpful and polite. He educated us his findings and how everything is supposed to work. He came back the next day to install a new well pump, bladder and all the components to get us back up and running with water, he was very informative on everything he was doing. He was a delight and I really appreciated him for coming in and getting everything done in timely manner.

Very happy with this company. The scheduler Jonna was friendly and helpful. Nate W. was able to come out the next day to repair our sump pump. He was very friendly and professional, didn’t push for unnecessary items, and taught us more about our system. We will definitely use this company in the future.

My kitchen sink had been clogged. Calling this company was the best decision I made! They were quick and caring! A man named Dalton came out and was nothing but respectful and polite and got the job done. He walked me through what he was doing the whole time. Called for a quote on a tankless hot water heater and Nate came out the same day. He was professional, thorough, and walked us through every detail of the job. The quote we received was literally thousands less, I’m talking over $1,500 less, than what other companies offered for the exact same unit plus install.

We scheduled immediately, and they were out the very next morning. Nate was unfortunately out sick, but Corey and Brandon showed up right on time and didn’t miss a beat. Just like Nate, they were professional, efficient, and had everything installed and running within a few hours.

Outstanding service from start to finish.

We had a drain issue on a Saturday and water was coming in the house. Thank goodness Right Brithers has a live person answer their phone. She was very understanding and scheduled a call right away. Then Daulton called to get a better understanding of the issue and to let us know when he would arrive. Once he got here he was very knowledgeable and professional and got to work on the problem. Once the issue was resolved he gave a detailed explanation as to what he found and said there would be a follow-up on Monday. Right Brothers are very up front and clear about their pricing. I would highly recommend Right Brothers Plumbing & Drains.

2 stars only because of their efficiency in getting out to our house quickly to help us find our problem. After that, the job lacked major communication. Our whole ordeal started 10/24/25 and did not end until 12/26/25. The guys that did the job were professional to our face, however we overheard conversations on our Ring cam and they would talk about not wanting to be there. And how they broke our clay pipe and never admitted to. They left their trash (rubber gloves, pop bottles, caution tape, and saw blades) in our front yard for 2 months. I also saw one of them throwing a pop bottle down in the hole they dug up before they covered it. They don’t clean up after themselves unless they’re asked.

We did address this with Robert (not sure his rank in the company), and he did apologize and stated this is not their standard and he would have a talk with the guys. They did end up coming out and cleaning up their mess and tried to out our flower bed blocks back the best they could. We appreciate the apology, however we will not use them again in the future unless something goes bad with their job.

I'm editing my review as I previously left a 1 Star review. The reason for the original review is because their plumber never showed up for the appointment and all I got were excuses and Standoffish behavior trying to put it off on me. Followed by an extremely high over the phone quote that seemed like they didn't want to do the job now. They didn't like my review and reached out to me again later to try to recover the situation.

I'm going to try to be fair and impartial on this because the supervisor that came out went above and beyond. So I don't know how their normal work quality is. He bent over backwards to get the review changed.

Professionalism:5/10
Workmanship: 10/10

Changed out a garbage disposal and 10" spicket for the outdoor faucet. I'm satisfied with the work performed and an improved attitude on their part this morning. I think they have a lot of room to improve on their initial customer service.

I needed 2 old valve replacements under kitchen sink. Clayton and Kelly arrived prepared to get the job done! They were skilled, professional and friendly. The new valves are working beautifully. I highly recommend Right Brothers for plumbing needs and will call them again when updates or repairs occur.

The Right Brothers are friendly, professional, and priced fairly. Spencer came out to my house to give me a quote on a new water heater. He took his time explaining what was wrong with my old water heater and was very patient in answering all my questions. Nate came and did the installation and did a fantastic job. My younger boys were really interested in what he was doing and he took the time to explain everything to them and allowed them to watch as he worked. They were so excited. I want to make it clear that no one from the company has asked me to write this and I don’t usually write reviews but I felt that everyone needed to hear how good this company truly is. They have a new customer for life because of it.

I had called Leah at their plumbing office late in the afternoon, which she stated I can get a plumber out there first thing tomorrow morning. Dalton showed up right on time as promised and ready to get to work. It was a fantastic experience. I cannot say enough with his knowledge expertise and cleaned up after himself and was so very professional and polite. This was my first time using your service since moving into my new home and I will definitely call you again when service is needed. We had a sudden break in our main water line underneath our foundation and I’m so glad I called here. Matt Hall came on time for our emergency call (other companies would only come after a few days, which would be way too late) and worked for a while trying to unclog our plumbing. It was a difficult job and he did great. Our plumbing works amazing now and he gave us some tips on how to prevent that from happening again. We’ll definitely be calling this company!!

This was my second time working with the Right Brothers, and once again they exceeded my expectations. We discovered our water heater was leaking on a Saturday and gave them a call. They offered to come out the same day, but we decided to wait until Monday.

Upon inspection, they explained that our water heater was well past its lifespan and recommended replacement. For safety, they shut off the water and gas and assured us they would return the next morning to complete the repair.

During the installation, they noticed an area that wasn’t properly sealed. They left briefly to grab mortar and fixed the issue before continuing. When they opened the new water heater and found a dent, they immediately let us know and refused to install a defective unit. Instead, they went out, picked up another unit, and came back to finish the job.

They worked efficiently, cleaned up thoroughly, and remained polite and professional throughout the process. Even with the extra trips, everything was completed in just a few hours.

I highly recommend the Right Brothers to anyone looking for reliable service, quality workmanship, and people who truly care about doing the job right.

Nate and Dakota did a Fantastic job!
They were able to replace my water heater despite working in a tight area
( the furnace & water heater are side by side). The clean up was well done and Nate answered all my questions especially related to the warranty coverage. They were also fun to be around (a nice plus). I would recommend The Right Brothers Plumbing seven days a week and twice on Sundays because of Nate and Dakota's work and professionalism.
Nobody wants to have to call a plumber, but if you do, call these guys🙂

Austin and Tim We’re very professional from the beginning and very transparent through the whole process. They ended up saving me a little money on the job because of something not necessary. Will use this company again in future projects. They will have to return to install the water softening system, so I will update the post when the job is complete with more photos
