I have a had unsavory experiences with Xfinity. My phone was destroyed at a cancer retreat learning to fly fish loved it but things happen. They wouldn't help me obtain a new phone because it's tied to internet and I just didn't have it, battling cancer is expensive but I digress. The cheapest phone to transfer my number too was expensive and I needed a phone as we.all do these days. Wish we didn't but again... Rambling. For a immediate response I went to Verizon in Bridgewater they were prompt and got me up and running, my experience there was an engaging human interaction. Let listened and when I needed help even days after there customer service was stellar. I would highly suggest you stop in there first or last, doesn't matter what order but give them a chance to navigate your frustrations with your current provider. They have my business.

I highly recommend Daphne at the Bridgewater Verizon location!

We followed the Wait Until 8th pledge for our son, so getting his first phone was a really big milestone for our family. We had a lot to coordinate with upgrades, a new phone line, and everything that came with it. Daphne was absolutely fantastic. She made the whole experience feel special. Lots of laughs and smiles during the process.

A few weeks later, I needed to make a change with a watch device. Since I happened to be in another area, I stopped at a different Verizon location, where I was told what I wanted to do wasn't possible. I drove straight to Bridgewater, and Daphne got it done without an issue.

If you're looking for someone knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful (and so happy), she's the person to see!

This was the BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I was upset about the other service at T-Mobile and AT&T and y’all were able to meet better expectations for a quarter of the cost every employee in here had excellent service and went above and beyond to show me care. Jason was helping me mainly today excellent care. there’s an employee that happened to give me five of my favorite types of soda while I was getting my phone set up known as the wizard asked for him for service. Alan was great help in a great resource to the text Daris was here to lighten the mood and help out!!! I loved every aspect today, please give them MORE MONEY!!!!

I had an excellent experience at Verizon! The whole team was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. Jayson and Mat went above and beyond to help me set up my account. they were patient, knowledgeable, and made everything smooth and easy.

I purchased two iPhone 17 Pro devices, and I’m very satisfied with both the performance and the service I received. They even surprised me with a gift during my first purchase, which made the experience even more special.

Overall, I’m very happy with Verizon’s service and highly recommend this location to anyone looking for professional support and a great customer experience. Thanks again to Jayson, Mat, and the entire Verizon team!
