Awesome place!! Me and my work team went on a Tuesday afternoon for a team building day and did the wizarding escape room and the axe throwing. It was a great time! Thank you to Nicole for helping us. I’d definitely recommend this place and would go back.

Did the Mayan Curse with 3 friends. The staff were very friendly and helpful, however the room itself didn’t seem to be too well designed and some of the ‘puzzles’ didn’t work correctly.

It felt like the staff had to make up for the fact that things weren’t working correctly in the room.

We would partly complete a puzzle and then wow it opened were on to the next. The clues took forever to update after we solved them.

All in all it was fun, but I’ve been to much better designed and executed escape rooms.

Staff were great though.

We got the Groupon deal. However I would recommend calling the location directly because they match the price. The manager was extremely helpful and accommodating. When we got there we were quickly taken to the axe throwing Lane and give an instructions. There was no time wasted and we got into full fun gear. I would highly recommend for family and friends outing

Unfortunately, I have to say that we were very disappointed with the experience. We left the escape room with a really bad feeling, and I’d like to explain why.
Last Saturday, I came with my daughter and her friend to celebrate her birthday.
When we arrived, there was no one at the reception desk. We waited several minutes and even went to the restroom, and when we came back, after about 15 minutes, someone finally appeared. We were already about to leave and go home.
I asked about the price, and when I was about to mention that I had a Groupon, she quickly asked whether I had already purchased it because there was a Mother’s Day promotion where I could enter for free. This was something she did not mention initially, only after I brought up Groupon.
We entered the room, and whenever we asked for hints, it took her a long time to respond. Even when she did answer, the hints were not very helpful because it seemed she had not really been following our progress on the cameras.
After an hour passed, instead of helping guide us toward finishing and giving us a sense of success, she suddenly came into the room, took us out, and said that we had failed to complete it.
She explained that she could not help us properly because she also had to assist another group at the same time.
I really have to emphasize that this was the child’s birthday, and we left feeling very disappointed and upset. Since it’s obvious we would not be doing the same room again, I don’t understand why we couldn’t simply be allowed to finish it with some assistance.
I was truly disappointed, and the feeling of failure made us feel like we just weren’t good enough. The entire experience could have been completely different if there had been more staff available to help.

We had so much fun in Dualing Wizards escape room with my 10 and 13 year old kids. The interior design was so good we felt like we were in Hogwarts :) we really soles some of the puzzles but in some we needed help. Berklee was there for us at all times and he made the journey much more easygoing and fun for us. We will definitely come back.
