I had surgery in the end of June with Dr Youdarian. He was wonderful, the staff was wonderful. Unfortunately, the one star is for their billing department. I was forced to prepay for an expensive surgery. I had to take out a Care Credit loan to cover it. It was submitted to my insurance and they paid. According to my insurance, I am owed a total refund. I have left several messages for the billing department to call me back to issue a refund. I don’t want to keep paying on the Care Credit loan unnecessarily. They will not call me back. I am a surgical practice Administrator. If I was made aware that my staff did not call a patient back and follow up and issue the refund, they would at the very least be written up. This is bad business. I wanted to warn other patients before they got caught up in the web of this facility. I will also let Dr Youdarian know on my next visit.

Amazing staff! Couldn’t recommend this place more. Dr. Gurbani is truly exceptional. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly, answered all of my questions with patience, and made sure I fully understood the procedure. His calm and reassuring demeanor helped ease my nerves, and it was clear that he genuinely cares about his patients’ well-being. The nursing and support staff were just as wonderful kind, compassionate, and very responsive to my needs before and after the procedure. I felt well taken care of every step of the way.
I highly recommend this facility and Dr. Gurbani to anyone seeking quality surgical care.

Amazing nurses and staff. This was my first time to have this procedure. And they made me feel safe. They are the best! Great people! If I’ll have this procedure again, this is the only place I want it done!

Outstanding.

All the staff were friendly, helpful, considerate, and did a great job, including Austin on check-in, Rebecca, Brie, and Dena, my nurses, Dr Nguyen my anesthetist, Angie their assistance, and Dr Syn, who performed my colonoscopy. All the time there I was treated nicely and I felt I was in very good hands. No pain. No problems.

Also, probably most people wouldn't notice this, but the design of the facility and the procedures the staff followed were all really well thought out. So everything occurred professionally, safely, and fast. And perhaps in consequence, everyone there seemed happy and confident, which of course makes patients feel good too.
