I needed a tire repair after continuously losing air in a rear tire. Took vehicle to the Hockessin store and after 5 minutes the helpful service manager Jake found the issue (screw) and set me up for the next available repair appointment. 15 minutes later I was out the door with a repaired tire. GREAT JOB! Will definitely be back when vehicle needs new tires.

Had maintenance done on my SUV today in Hockessin, and wow, what a pleasant experience! Everyone was so friendly, the work was done when promised, and I was given good advice on what maintenance needed to be done now and what was okay to wait on. Such honesty is refreshing. (And my final bill was actually less than my original quote, so that was nice, too.)

The location is convenient, with plenty of parking. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

I had a flat tire and needed a repair after discovering a nail in it. After switching to my spare tire, I contacted Paul Campanella's Auto Centers to see if they could fit me into their schedule. They were able to get me in right away.

The facility is very clean, and the staff is professional, friendly, and helpful. They quickly checked me in and completed the tire repair in about 30 minutes.

This was my second experience with Paul Campanella's Auto Centers. My first visit was for a mechanical issue, and the service exceeded my expectations then as well.

Based on both experiences, I highly recommend this business for vehicle repairs and maintenance. They consistently provide excellent service and quality workmanship.

Paul Campanella’s auto service center has delivered the absolute best, polite, professional, and friendly service I have ever experienced in my many, many years. I had a flat tire on my way into work and stopped in, they had me in and out faster than it took me to finish a cup of coffee and to boot, they fixed it for free! I didn’t even buy my tires from them.
I’ll be seeing Jake for my all my future service needs, thanks everyone!
