I had an absolutely wonderful experience with my notary! From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. They were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and thorough, taking the time to make sure everything was completed correctly and that I understood the process.

What really stood out to me was the professionalism and attention to detail. They were punctual, friendly, responsive, and made what could have been a complicated process feel incredibly easy.

I highly recommend their notary services to anyone looking for someone trustworthy, professional, and dependable. I will definitely be using their services again in the future!

I’ve visited multiple times, sometimes even more than once in the same day, and every experience has been positive. The staff communicates well and handles pressure impressively, especially considering how busy this area of the city can get. The location is convenient and accessible by public transportation, including the light rail, right in the heart of Uptown.

It’s a truly unique place, as shown in the videos and pictures. The owner has gone above and beyond what’s expected, even redesigning my prints to make them exactly how I wanted at no additional charge. I’ve also watched him turn around rush service for a World Cup soccer promo on a Sunday morning without any staff on hand, which shows how committed they are.

I can’t recommend this place enough. Be sure to ask about services that may not be listed to find out what else they offer.

Great UPS location! Jiggy is consistently friendly, patient, and very helpful & makes every visit smooth and quick.

Jiggy handled all of our signage and print marketing materials seamlessly and worked closely with me to get everything done on time for our grand opening. He even offers a fun spin-the-wheel promotion after a certain amount spent, which adds a nice extra touch.

You can tell they really care about customers at this location & there’s not much they don’t do. Definitely the best location I’ve been to & highly recommend!

I had an outstanding experience at this UPS Store thanks to the owner, Jiggy. He went above and beyond to help me, and his level of service is exceptional. Jiggy was friendly, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure everything was handled perfectly.

I had several things that I needed help with, and he not only solved them quickly, and offered thoughtful solutions, but he did it all over the phone with me! I am based in NYC and my boss was traveling to Charlotte, NC, where she needed shipping, receiving, and Amazon return assistance.

If you are in the Charlotte, NC, area and in need of services from UPS – I highly recommend UPS Store #7931. Jiggy’s professionalism, kindness, and dedication make all the difference. Five stars!
