We’ve taken our dogs to Dogtopia and both loved it. The place has friendly people & know our pups by name. The establishment is clean & well run plus the added benefit of tuning in to watch our pups play. When they go to Dogtopia they sleep like logs that night.

Honestly would never trust this place again.

Communication was extremely inconsistent, and getting clear, direct updates was way harder than it should be. That alone is a huge red flag when you’re leaving your pet in someone else’s care.

The experience felt unprofessional and disorganized, and the lack of communication made it hard to feel confident about what was actually happening with the dogs. There’s very little transparency, which is honestly concerning when you’re trusting someone with your pet. It didn’t feel as if there was much true care going on behind the scenes. They wouldn’t even let me tour the inside facility which is an extreme red flag.

On top of that, the way they handle situations with customers feels unnecessarily aggressive and uncomfortable. It just doesn’t feel like a place that prioritizes either the animals or the people trusting them.

If you actually care about your pet and want peace of mind while you’re away, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. There are definitely better, and way more professional options out there.

Best place ever! Ben, Mike, Marchela, and everyone whose names I don't know are the best team and absolutely awesome at taking care of my doggo! We feel secure leaving him here and appreciate the team so much. They have been incredibly flexible, which is particularly appreciated during family emergencies and health issues. We know they treat our dog like their own.

Would absolutely not board your dogs here. Our dog was injured while here. We were initially told we could have a copy of the video and then when we kept asking when they would be sending the video, they said they actually can’t send the video to protect the privacy of other dogs…? They said my dog had abscesses that burst and that’s why he had so many lacerations. Took him to the vet immediately and were told they were absolutely not abscesses. Tried to tell this to dogtopia and all they did was try to educate me on what an abscess is. Unfortunately, I’m a nurse and deal with abscesses daily. We also were given very different timelines on when the injuries occurred. The first person who called said it happened 12 hours earlier. When we questioned this, the next person we talked to said oh no it just happened a few minutes before we called? So who’s lying? If you want somewhere trustworthy that has your dogs best interest in mind, do not board here.

The staff always greets us with a smile and a friendly greeting when we first arrive. Before checking in our dog, they are always cheerful, kind, and genuinely curious about how our day is going. The staff is really good at keeping an eye on the play area and making sure all the dogs are enjoying themselves safely. Additionally, we've had our dog trimmed here twice, and I now highly recommend the groomer. She doesn't kennel the other animals while she waits to work on the next one because she is so patient with them. She grooms each animal with such gentleness, which is very admirable. This dog daycare is highly recommended by me because of their excellent care and service. Repositioning the cameras to make the full play area viewable instead of just a section would be one enhancement suggestion. Pet owners would feel much more at ease with this minor adjustment.

Our pup Ollie had his Meet and Greet and first day this week, and I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the environment and professionalism of the staff. The webcams make it easy to check in during the day, and the staff took great care of Ollie while he was in. Ollie was exhausted from all of the play when he got home, and I could tell that he had fun. Looking forward to more daycare visits soon! I highly recommend this location.

It’s okay. The webcam is the best feature and you can ensure that your pup is safe and in an air-conditioned area. I feel if they played relaxing music and had toys for the pups their experience would be much better. Also, if the staff could sit and talk or read to the pups then alternate cleaning the area that would be even better!!!

DO NOT BOARD YOUR DOGS HERE. My husband picked up & brought the dogs home after a weekend stay at Dogtopia & immediately I noticed this injury on his nose. I called & asked why we were failed to be informed about his injury & all they did was suggest we board him in the more expensive suite next time. So the standard of care goes down because we didn’t choose the most expensive option??? I will never bring them back here ever again.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! Everyone that we've met is so friendly. I can watch my pup on an app while he's there and I always receive a report card letting me know how he did. The best part? He has so much fun running around and being loved on by the staff that he sleeps for a whole day after. Thank you for giving me a break from my energetic pup!
