Top Notch did an amazing job with my new garage door! My property is a rental I manage remotely, so we had to navigate the entire process of quoting, scheduling, etc over the phone - which is historically a nightmare with contractors. Top Notch made it easy and the garage door looks great!

So we had an issue with our garage door not working this morning. I called a company we had used in the recent past and the earliest they could send someone for service was October (I’m writing this on Sept. 8). I called Top Notch and they sent someone this afternoon and I never mentioned about the other company at all.

The service tech Michael was very friendly and put up with my DIY analysis. I let him do his thing and 20min later, everything worked fine with no more faults occurring.

Cost was less than $140 and I did opt for their service contract for one year. Top Notch lived up to their billing.

Yan and Allison were absolutely a dream to work with! Allison was very quick to get us our estimate and work within our budget. Yan, our installer was professional and extremely knowledgeable with all questions we had. He took the time to program our cars and apps for an easy and quick transition. I couldn’t be more thrilled with the beautiful craftsmanship Yan did and the overall experience. In less than one week from our estimate, we had our garage doors installed. I highly recommend Top Notch!

I phoned Top Notch on a Monday morning about 10:00. I spoke with Antonio who was exceptionally polite, coherent, patient and explained the services and the process. He scheduled a technician for that same day to arrive between 12 and 2. Hunter Moon showed up at noon and couldn't have been more pleasant and polite. He patiently listened to our issues and had an analysis and pricing options for the fix within a few minutes and explsined those options clearly. There was no pressure. His patience and demeanor were top notch. We chose an option and he went to work immediately and had the job completed within an hour. The results were fantastically good. Both Hunter and Antonio need to be paid more and get promotions. They are great rrpresentatives for the company. If you have garage door problems, this is the company you need to call.

Our garage door had gotten to where it wouldn’t close. Which was really aggravating when you tried to back out of the garage and the door wouldn’t shut. So I called top-notch Garage Door and they sent out the nicest young man by the name of Aaron. He was both courteous and very efficient. He installed us a new unit to replace our 24-year-old unit and then helped me program the remotes in both of our vehicles. He did a great job!
