It’s been a few years since I’ve visited Alberto and his shop
It was great communication as I lived in Austin and the shell that I was looking at was in Houston
I arrived one morning to Alberto’s shop and watched him assemble and attach my shell effortlessly. Helping him along just to break up the waiting game. I figured out that this was a solid dude with a solid goal and a solid business.
I’ve been able to count on Alberto a few times due to a few latches on my shell becoming an operative and he quickly replace them via mail. As well as replacing a T track connector for my roof rack that appeared to not come home with me from the initial trip.
The biggest bonus from Alberto was making true on his promises. When ordering the cap I requested that my side doors have windows in them. When I arrived, the panels on the side of the cap were solid, but he had made promises that once the window panels surfaced he would ship them to me and I could install them personally.
It was just under a year and the panels arrived as promised, and they went on flawlessly.
Service has been spectacular as well as response time
While I’m extremely happy with my cap, I’ve been eyeballing some of the new items that he has been rolling out and thinking about possibly upgrading
Well, 100% do business with him in the future
As of now, my cap has gone on numerous large trips and countless small trips
I have built out a platform for my dogs, including under platform storage for easy access.
The cap securely holds my rooftop tent and any additional gear that I need to use

I was highly satisfied with the service and quality of the product I purchased from the OUO pickup cover company. They arrived promptly at 10 am, as scheduled. The installation process was thoroughly explained, including the steps involved and whether I was comfortable with the procedures. For example, the drainage cords, which I was unfamiliar with, were explained in detail, outlining the two installation options along with their respective advantages and disadvantages. I appreciate the professional approach of the staff. I intend to return for additional truck-related installations in the future.

I don't recommend it. You go there and they don't give good information about car covers.

Highly recommend OUO! They had my F250 topper in stock but not assembled. OUO jumped on the project and the next day it was built and installed. Great product that is amazingly strong. Large windows, good locks, tight flush fit and quality hardwear. So glad I found OUO!! Check out the strength of this top!

Excellent customer service. Alberto came over to open their warehouse after closing hours and sold me a bed liner for my Chevy Silverado. Thank you guys. Highly recommended for any truck accessories.
