Highly recommend this doggy daycare!! My 8 month old Mini Australian Shepherd loves it! His first day was Saturday. He will be returning for sure!! Great staff and atmosphere there! The best part is that you can watch all of the play groups on the web cams once you download the app. Everything looked very cleaned and organized too! I'm so glad they finally opened one of these so close to my home and job for my little fur baby!

I went to Dogtopia's open house and was very impressed with all of the services they offered. The staff was absolutely wonderful and knowledgeable. You can tell they care and will take great care of your fur baby. I will definitely be sending my fur baby here. This place is truly a Dogtopia.

The customer service sucks. We had an appointment to have our puppy groomed on 2/19/26. They called that morning to say the groomers flight was delayed and they needed to reschedule which is understandable. It was rescheduled for today 2/26/26. I called this morning to verify the time. We show up for our appointment and are told they can't do the grooming today without even calling me and now expect us to wait until 3/17/26....No thanks. They lost a customer, not that they care.

Missy did such a great job grooming my pup!
I told her what I wanted and that was exactly what I got. Very pleased. It’s a bonus that he’s groomed while enjoying daycare.

Speaking of daycare…the staff is amazing! Very pleasant and helpful. I am very happy with Dogtopia. I have peace of mind when I drop my pup off in the morning knowing he’ll be well cared for.

Velvet started going to Dogtopia three weeks ago, and it has truly been a life-changing experience for us. The moment we pull up, she can’t wait to get out of the car and head inside. The staff is knowledgeable, courteous, and they genuinely care—so much so that they know Velvet by name. The facility is always clean, the prices are reasonable, and the peace of mind is priceless. I love the staff here. My pup has been coming here for two months now. Although I couldn’t do a weekly plan due to budget constraints, it’s worth taking your dog here if you plan to be out all day. Shout out to the amazing staff for contacting me when a minor incident occurred with my dog and another dog. They were reassuring, thorough and deeply cared for my pup. I have been taking my beagle Jasper here for a couple months now. I think they are great but I think there is still some improvement needed. First, the biggest thing is there needs to be a dog waste bag and disposal station outside. This would not only benefit owners but also the business. I love bringing Jasper on weekends but I think they need to extend their hours by an hour on both ends. Also more webcam angles would be awesome. I love all the different events I see on their calenders each month. Another suggestion is more effort put into their advertised doggie photoshoots. I will say I was a tad disappointed when I saw the pictures they took of Jasper compared to when he had his Valentines day photoshoot at another daycare. Not saying a professional is needed but training all staff on proper pet picture taking and editing would be great. Plenty of apps can be used. It would also be great to give a print out too. Overall, I am happy with Dogtopia OM so far and Jasper loves it. I believe if they make these improvements they will be even better than they already are!!!!

I can’t say enough good things about this place! My English Mastiff, Lola, absolutely loves it here. She starts wiggling with excitement as soon as we pull into the parking lot. The staff is always so friendly and you can tell they really care about the dogs. Lola has made a bunch of her own little best friends and always comes home happy, tired, and so well cared for. It gives me so much peace of mind knowing she’s in such a safe and fun environment. I couldn’t recommend this place more to other pet parents!

Everyone at Dogtopia Owings Mills location has been really nice and very helpful. My fur baby Onyx loves it. He was hesitant for his first time but they were so calm, patient and loving when getting him back to okay with the other pups! I love that they have webcams and seeing how all the trainers/daycare providers are with all the dogs is amazing and makes you feel safe and comfortable with leaving your pup in the hands of others! Onyx will definitely be back!

When I tell you my papillons Paco and Puma love going to Dogtopia this is no lie. They were so loved and welcomed from day one. I was looking for boarding and I came across the advertisement for this place on IG. I knew it was going to be out of my price range but I was in need of urgent boarding. To my surprise they were reasonably priced. So we tried out the daycare and my babies passed with flying colors. They did really well with the community of dogs and staff. It’s very clean smells great and they operate with great customer service. I knew my dogs were happy dogs but when they get dropped off it’s like they are clocking into a 9-5 that they love to go to.They slept so well when they got home even for my high energy little guy was knock for hours. That’s amazing!!! So check out Dogtopia in Owings Mills you won’t be disappointed.

Been taking my Poodle Bella here for the past week it’s been nothing but amazing. Every single staff member is extremely nice and welcoming. It’s a very nice place for your best friends to have a place to hang out while you’re busy. Overall amazing place definitely bring your dog here
