We had a wonderful experience working with Shelly at Conroe Shades and Shutters. She helped us select and install roller shades, custom drapery panels, and plantation shutters throughout our new home, and the results are absolutely stunning.

From the very beginning, Shelly took the time to truly understand our goals for each space—whether it was maximizing light control in the bedrooms or ensuring privacy at the front of the house. She met with us multiple times (even before we had the keys!), brought samples, took careful measurements, and made sure every detail aligned with both our vision and the functionality we needed.

We were looking to install shutters throughout a 4BR, 3 Bath house; in total 14 windows. Shelly from Conroe Shades & Shutters was extremely helpful with the entire process-of selecting wood vs. poly, best framing to match existing trim, tilt, etc. (We selected wood shutters for 12 windows and 2 poly shutters for the bathrooms). Shelly's knowledge of the materials and manufacturing provided insight that helped us to make informed decisions. We appreciated her professionalism and friendly approach of "informing" vs. selling.

The entire process, including manufacturing and installation was completed in 2 weeks. This was very impressive. The installers were neat, efficient and respectful of our home. The installation was completed in 2hrs.

Overall, our experience with Shelly and Conroe Shades & Shutters was outstanding and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality custom shutters.

I called several shutter companies, but none compared to Shelly’s customer service. Right out of the gate, meeting her, it was like I had known her for years. She was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. Our custom shutters (26 total) were completed within two weeks and installed. The quality is unmatched. I'm absolutely in love with my new shutters. My husband tripped over the cat and managed to damage a large Plantation shutter. Shelley was here the same day to measure and make recommendations for replacement. I had a very complex job that involved installing 4 motorized blinds 26’ high in my Great room. Not only a difficult location, but the blinds needed to act together in concert; all raising and lowering at the same time.

Shelly, with Conroe Shades and Blinds, was not daunted by the challenge. She worked with us to deliver a top quality product that is working flawlessly.

Completing this task required interaction with the product manufacturer and electricians, both of which were required to complete the task.

I recommend Shelly to anyone considering adding shades or blinds to their home. Quality and service are paramount to me and Shelly delivered!
