This hotel is a strange mixture of convenient and concerning. First the positives:
Directly off the freeway and easy to drive to, with a parking section designated for long vehicles, which nicely accommodated our Uhaul. Did not see any suspicious or unsavory people on the property. Beds were soft, cozy, and clean with no sign of bugs or stains on the sheets or pillow cases. Other furniture looked well dusted and maintained. Bathroom sink, mirror, toilet, tub/shower, and towels were spotless and free of bugs. Good water pressure with decent shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Now the negatives:
The lobby had a thick unpleasant smell we couldn't identify. Waited about ten minutes for the clerk to come to the counter. When she finally came she gave no greeting, showed no emotion, and spoke so quietly through an Indian accent that it was difficult to hear or understand her. In our room, on the floor was what looked like a spill of some kind of drink that was dried and hard. Mysterious gray splotch on the bathroom wall and soap/water stains on the tissue dispenser. Could hear other doors open and shut and people's voices carried loudly in the hall--this doesn't bother us too much, but could be a problem/annoyance for other guests.
Very small breakfast selection of food and drinks, and the tables/food counters had not been wiped down after other people used them.

To summarize, this Super 8 sufficiently provided our needs, but cleanliness and night shift customer service must be improved. We will not return.

Its by far the best motel ive stayed in over the past month and there have been about 10 of them.. so cuddos.. go to WYNDHAM OF SANTA ROSA!

When checking in nobody was at the counter, jingled my keys several times but nobody answered. The guy was asleep in the office and a laundry room employee came and woke him up. I stood there for at least 15 minutes. Room wreaked of mildew and mold. Shower wasn’t clean as there was hair on the shampoo and conditioner bottles. There looked to be like bodily fluids on the head board as well. I used this hotel regularly as I travel through a couple of times a year, the old management was phenomenal and since they changed management it’s gone hella down hill.

Not good at all! We got 2 rooms and neither of the tvs worked, one room smelled terrible! I get it’s a pet friendly room but in that case they need to use better cleaning products. Also while we were trying to load our stuff to check out our keys “stopped” working. I had to get new keys twice. I got a text to check out which was convenient but as soon as I got that text is when my keys stopped working. It’s like I’m trying to check out and having to keep going to the front desk so I can get in and out of my room was such a hassle especially being on the second floor on opposite end of the front desk. Terrible. For the price of the rooms it was definitely not worth at all!!! $140 for a stinky room with no tv and key issues not worth it at all!!!!!!

There’s definitely a smell in the room. It wasn’t smoke, but it was dampness. The TV didn’t work when I first got there, but I was able to get the girl at the desk to come help me get it going after about three hours. I guess you get what you pay for. The breakfast was awful. The eggs were wet. The sausage was OK didn’t have any selection of fruit and only had apple juice and orange. I was not very much impressed. I was told that they always had fresh breakfast and fresh fruit that was not the case.
