Employees in the retail and yard area were great.
The cashiers didnt seem to pay much attention to customers. They seemed more interested in gossiping with one another then putting effort into good customer service.

Decent spot. Pretty good customer service. Not a huge fan of the lumber yard layout. Everything else was great.

Rona in Embrun provides a solid customer experience during each and every visit. Their stock is very limited and only carry standard items. When you look at the Rona website it shows many unique and specialty items yet there are never available at the Embrun store. The employee stated they don’t stock these items and to go to the Ottawa locations - very sad! There staff are always helpful and friendly, and the store is clean and well stocked. They have an excellent lumber yard with great selections and prompt service. Prices are a little on the high side which is to be expected for a rural community.

We bought a beautiful BBQ from RONA for the cottage and absolutely love it. We have purchased multiple items from this store, from construction materials to various hardware supplies.

Great customer service. Staffs were friendly and gave me choices to pick from. Liked shopping here with my little one.

The staff here are wonderful and always attentive to my needs. Since moving to the neighbouring town of Limoges, this RONA quickly became my preferred hardware store.
They have a large yard for lumber, stone, and other building materials. They offer delivery on their products for a few (waived over $1000).
