This was a good hotel up until they claimed me and my husband were smoking in the room and we weren’t. When we got this room the smoke detector was already covered and when you turn the air conditioner on it smelled like cigarettes and neither one of us smoke cigarettes so they tried to make us pay a deposit but the room was already smoked in

Good, updated motel with great prices and staff. Clean outdoor pool. Unfortunately at 108 degrees it was too hot to go. Check in was quick and easy. Front desk was very kind!

Very disappointed with my stay at Super 8. I found a cockroach in my room and immediately reported it to the front desk. I was told I would need to speak with the manager, but despite multiple attempts, I was never able to reach her because she was never there.

The lack of concern and communication was just as frustrating as finding the roach itself. If there’s one cockroach in a room, it’s reasonable to wonder how many more there may be. As a paying guest, I expected a clean and sanitary room and better customer service when reporting a serious issue.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had, and I would not stay here again.

Our room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable but...the breakfast was not what I expected , sausage, egg patty ??, French toast sticks, cereal, microwave didn't work so you couldn't warm up the packaged donuts and few other things
