Shlomo Dayan with Dayan Property Management was incredible to work with. My girlfriend and I are moving to Boca Raton from out of state, and he made the entire process feel seamless and comfortable. With very short notice, he arranged a Saturday morning FaceTime tour and walked us through the entire property in detail. He was professional, responsive, timely, and completely on top of everything from start to finish.

One of the biggest challenges in real estate is communication, but Shlomo was excellent. He answered questions quickly, gave helpful information, and made us feel confident moving forward with the condo even though we were not able to see it in person. He was also very kind, well informed, and a pleasure to work with.

I highly recommend Shlomo Dayan and Dayan Property Management to anyone looking for a rental or property management support in Boca Raton or the surrounding area.

Shlomo is simply the best agent I have ever worked with - he was incredibly responsive and knowledgeable, and had a steady stream of potential buyers coming to the house. Our house was sitting unsold with another agent for nearly six months - Shlomo repositioned the property and the house was under contract within 30 days, at $15,000 above the original asking price. His efforts also went above and beyond through the closing. If you are considering using Shlomo, don't hesitate - he's that good.

Working with Shlomo with Dayan Property Mgmt. has been one of the best property management experiences we’ve had. From our very first interaction, he was professional, personable, and genuinely friendly. You can tell right away he cares about the people he works with.

Any time an issue comes up, he responds quickly and gets it handled without any runaround. He communicates clearly, follows through, and makes everything simple on our end. I also see how hard he works for the owners he represents, and it shows in the way he manages the property and supports everyone involved.

We truly appreciate the effort Shlomo puts in and the way he treats people. Shlomo has been outstanding, and we’re grateful to have him managing the home we live in.

Shlomo and Dayan Property Management are the best property managers of all time. They helped me rent out my house in Lake Worth and handle everything from leasing to maintenance to tenant communication. Would give 10 stars if I could.... If you own property in Lake Worth, you won't find a more reliable property management company than them. Highly recommend.

After meeting with other property managers, Schlomo is the only person who listened to what I wanted and made it happen. I have a unique situation and he delivered all within the timeline needed. He took the time to understand and treated me like I was his only customer along the way. He is very responsive, professional, knowledgeable and kind. The communication is excellent. I highly recommend him.
