Appointment for 1:45 didn’t get called back until 2:40. After the entire waiting room that came in after had already went back. No one apologized. No one mentioned anything. You just wait! No one cares enough to apologize. Waited for another 25 minutes waiting to be seen. Absolutely insane!

Very efficient, and quick. Most of the technicians are Very Good with a friendly manner that is welcoming, pleasant and friendly. I also appreciate the array of tests they do.

From the moment I walked in for my first routine eye exam at this location, the staff was friendly and kind. The whole exam was incredibly thorough and the staff made sure I understood every part of the process. Even though I brought my own contact case, they kindly let me know they had extras available if needed. It was simple gestures of accommodations that showcased the patient-focused experience. I didn’t feel rushed and all my questions were answered with care and professionalism. It’s clear they genuinely care about their patients. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for quality eye care.

The office is clean and comfortable. The entire staff are friendly, compassionate and very accommodating. The PA was so good and thorough, that I thought she was the eye doctor. Then they moved me into another room for the actual eye doctor. Turns out she is just as good and thorough. But she did the actual eye exam. The first one did the eye chart testing. I was there for over 2 hours. With all they did it made me feel like it was only 30 minutes. I would recommend this office to anyone that will listen.

I had an appointment today and was checked in without being told the office was running about an hour behind due to being short staffed. This should have been communicated upfront.
People plan their day around scheduled appointments. Allowing patients to sit and wait that long without notice shows a lack of respect for their time.
I strongly recommend informing patients of delays at check in so they can decide whether to wait or reschedule.
This experience reflected poor customer service and needs improvement.

My appointment was scheduled at 12:45. This was my first visit. The lobby was full. I was told there were two doctors. I just needed new eyeglasses. I was seeing until 1:40. Only one eye was dilated because the staff missed the eye with second drop. I got the eye exam and left at 2:45 with a new prescription without being told about getting new lens. They were so busy that I doubt they noticed. I won't be back. Very unprofessional experience.

Brought my grandmother for a checkup. The technician Phillips, needs to do a better job greeting his clients. I asked about my grandmother's conditions and he ignored me as well as my greetings. Do better.

Great experiences. Penny, Caitlyn and Doc H were super friendly. They were thorough and I never felt rushed. It was aan overall very pleasant experience. The reason for the one star is receiving a bill for $65 after paying my co-pay and the extra for a contacts exam. This should be known. I don't like being blind sided. I won't be back.

Everyone was very friendly and everything was very clean. Dr. Vazquez is always great.

I've been going to this office for several years. My experience has always been very pleasant. Wait time is minimal, desk staff is great, assistants are terrific and I've seen several different physicians in this location and all of them are great. I've never been disappointed. Would definitely recommend.

Had an excellent visit @ Lake Eye Associates. The staff was very friendly and professional. Answered all my questions. The Doctor was great and took care of me. Last but not least, it's never a good time when spending money but the lady working in frames made it easy, relaxing with no pain. My apologies for not remembering her name. But she was superb!

From the beginning of the appointment, everyone, especially Megan is very professional, kind and explained everything thoroughly. I started coming To Dr Vazquez because of how he & his staff cared for my mother. I Have been bringing mom to her appointments for a few years and was very impressed. They legitimately care for their patients and are all very well educated in what they do. I highly recommend them.
