This place lied to me before I showed up charged me 120 for the hello 130 for the doctor to tell me the same thing I've heard for 3 years then a month later tried emailing me a bill for 81 dollars for adjustment of pricing....sad enough to say u will not receive a payment from me. That is ridiculous and very unprofessional. If u knew I paid out of pocket why not charge me full amount upon visit an after not a month later. Get bent get ur priorities together and be more professional. U work for a company not a mom n pop shop. Even if it was a mom n pop shop they would not reach out a month later. Get it together I'll call tomorrow and laugh at ur odd explanations

The front staff was very pleasant and the person that checked my eyes was very professional and pleasant at the same time.
The Dr was very helpful and explained everything to me and made sure I understood, They di not rush me and made me feel very comfortable
I will refer friends and family to this office.

My first visit to Eye World Lady Lake and I worked with Julia to pick out new eye glasses. Julia was quite knowledgeable regarding my eye insurance, personable and helpful. I ordered 2 pair of glasses, happy with my choices and all the help. I look forward to picking up my glasses within 10 days.

Very pleasant staff and informative doctor. Fees are high for a self pay and surprise extra payments upon checkout are not fair when I only did what I came there for and no extra. At the time of booking I should be given the full amount that will be paid that day. I was charged as a new patient because it had been a few years since I was there, that’s unfair since I was in there system still (I don’t go often due to no vision insurance). Force check in before arriving is very frustrating with all the questions that take quite some time when you are getting ready in the morning and having to pay before the exam is annoying when you then have another surprise payment at the end. No extra work was done then was explained at the time of booking the appointment. Booking the appointment was average but did not have convenient times for the working class people. If fees are high then the doctor should be doing the full exam or since an assistant did most of the work I should not have been charged so much, it should have been discounted. The appointment took a long time, I’m usually out within a hour, this took me almost an hour and a half.

Very knowledheable, friendly, and professional staff. Dr. Rawls is one of the best eye doctors I have seen. She makes sure you understand what each test is for and took the time to get to know me since I was a new patient and answer all of my questions and concerns.

I LOVE Lake Eye Associates! No matter which of three locations I've been to, I've always gotten the best of care and treatment. I recently saw Dr. Vasquez at the Sharon Morris location for the first time. Wonderful doctor, highly recommend him! Everyone in his office is top notch and they all helped make my visit absolutely fantastic!
His technician, Adam DeLuna, was AMAZING! Not only was he excellent in his job, he also taught me several very helpful and important things I did not know. I was pleasantly surprised at how friendly and personable Adam is. It is a rare person who can be that professional and yet be so caring, sincere, and just downright delightful. It was obvious that Adam loves his job and gives it 100% all day, every day.
For the best in eye care and treatment, I would strongly encourage you to look to Lake Eye Associates!

Staff are pleasant & professional. But trying to make the appointment online was a fiasco, not user friendly, nor intuitive. Once I made the appointment (via phone call, not easy) they later changed the date & time to earlier. I had to fill out all the forms online prior to the date. Then the appointment took almost 2hrs. Most of the time was waiting for the next test or Dr. Whilst I was waiting there were a number of staff just socializing (could they have filled out my forms?). Days following the appointment, I continued to receive text/email reminders for the future visit which was changed by them. The entire organization didn’t seem very efficient nor cognizant of the customer’s time.

I was late for my appointment because I locked my keys in my car. They saw me anyways and were nothing but kind and understanding. Didn’t make me wait and I was in and out in a timely manner but not rushed through my appointment.

We had a great experience at Lake Eye Associates for my daughter’s eye exam. The staff was friendly, professional, and made her feel completely at ease. Dr. Rawls was patient, thorough, and explained everything clearly, which helped both of us feel confident in the care she received. I really liked the office at 801 county road 466 suite 102 much better than the office at 1400 US HWY 441North suite 521. Suite 102 much much more not only friendlier but I feel more professional. Suite 102 is farther from my house but my next appointment is with them. It’s worth the drive . Nadine Zastrow. I must add the scheduler at 501 got me the appointment at 102 the same day I found out I didn’t have an appointment because the Dr. was no longer there. It was my fault. I missed that email.
