Terrible experience they let me sit in the lobby while I needed to take a drug test for an hour while the other two guys that came behind me went in before me and we were all taking the same test. I had to leave because i was literally pissing myself and instead of them fixing the issue they gave me my paper to leave.
If i can give 0 stars i would. And the receptionist talks back to you instead of helping you. terrible service.

I was doing a drug test for an employer. At the front of suite 111…great reception.. I was having problems with a certain paperwork & a manager overheard the conversation & she quickly began helping. Bless her heart. Now!! There’s a lady back there who does the urine.. Idy Bustamante!!! Horrible!! I was peeing in my pants & she was talking Spanish like if I’m not 100% Spanish! I can’t say enough great things about Health Care Center of Miami. From the moment you walk in, the staff is welcoming, professional, and truly cares about their patients. Dr. Javier Perez‑Lopez is hands down one of the best doctors I’ve ever had. He is knowledgeable, patient, and takes the time to actually listen instead of rushing you. He explains everything clearly, answers all questions, and makes you feel comfortable and confident in your care. It’s rare to find a doctor who is both highly skilled and genuinely compassionate, but Dr. Perez-Lopez truly is. I felt heard, respected, and well taken care of every step of the way. This place is absolutely horrible. The supposed doctor of this facility doesnt even wear her medical ID badge! Ask her for it,
she refuses to show you! How do we know she is actually licensed? Filing a HIPPA law violation, also reporting to the state. How does any one in this office in the medical field and have a job? Please ask your company to send you anywhere else but here! You have been warned!

This place is pretty good. Everyone I interacted with was very nice and helpful.

I needed a DOT Physical as my former one had expired. I arrived as a walk-in at 8am and was out around 9:50. Not bad.

I spoke with one of the ladies at the window. She kindly told me I needed to get a number and have a seat. (There are signs up with instructions). Later, she was also telling that I could submit my new medical certificate online.

I was able to successfully submit it online and by 5pm it was approved and my license was in good standing again.

They also gave me a laminated card to keep in my wallet.

Restrooms were also clean.
