I had a great experience with Green Fuse HVAC & Appliance Repair. They came out to take a look at my refrigerator, and after diagnosing the issue, explained that the compressor was unfortunately shot and would cost around $1,000 to replace.

What I really appreciated was their honesty and professionalism. The technician even tried a hard reset on the compressor in hopes of getting it working again, but when that didn’t solve the problem, they didn’t push any unnecessary repairs.

In the end, I was only charged the $50 service fee, which I felt was very fair given the time and effort. It’s refreshing to work with a company that’s straightforward and not just trying to upsell. I’d definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

We had a dishwasher problem and AC problem. Max- who was our repair man was very friendly, honest, and very knowledgeable about what he was doing for both appliances. This company was one of the first to respond back and was flexible on time. No shady/hidden fees, everything was quoted and then confirmed before work was done.We are very happy with their business.

Steven the repairman was courteous, efficient and very helpful. I was a bit worried when he had to take the water maker filter assembly apart to diagnose but very happy he was able to come up with a solution, repair, reassemble, clean up and leave us very satisfied customers!! I would definitely use them again!

Dan was extremely prompt in his communications and thorough in his responses when I was requesting a quote. After Max came out, he was very knowledgeable in installing my dishwasher and performing maintenance on my washer. There was a tricky situation with routing the various dishwasher lines and cords through the cabinets and he was well-equipped to navigate the difficult angles to make sure everything fit. We also had Max come again to perform maintenance on our dryer the next day. Both times, he tested everything afterwards and made sure each appliance was ready to go while explaining everything in a helpful way. Overall, prices were very competitive and I appreciated every interaction I had with Green Fuse.

My technician, Max, arrived on time and thoroughly explained all the HVAC maintenance procedures he was performing. The price that I was quoted was much lower than other companies. One place even asked me how much I was quoted to see if they could beat it. They ended up saying that I was getting a great deal. I will definitely continue to use Green Fuse for my future HVAC maintenance and appliance repairs.

This is the second time we’ve hired them (two different refrigerators in two different homes) and both times the response to my emails was almost immediate, communication was fast, clear, and professional. Service arrived quickly and promptly and our problem was resolved in under an hour. Above all what we love about them is they have proven they’re trustworthy and priced very fair. They will always be our only call when we need appliance repair.

I have written reviews for Green Fuse before; and I can only continue my appreciation and recommendation for their services. I have used them half a dozen times in the past six months (unfortunately); but Steven made the whole process much less painful than it could have been. They are prompt, efficient, reasonable - and NEVER try to upsell you. I would never call anyone else.

Pros:Work is good, and do an excellent job with communication, scheduling and following up, arriving etc.
Cons: Was very pricey
Had them come out two times. First time i scheduled for my dad and it was $50, for a frozen duct/fan because left freezer open too long. Great service, quick easy and on time. I thought to myself I found a fair priced good service I’m going to recommend and use from her on out. Second call i made for my mom. Broken freezer drawer that keeps freezer open = $500. $250 for part $250 for labor( took ten minutes labor for new drawer install). My mom agreed to the $500 before she talked to me, so it is what it is. I should add they did knock off $25 after a follow up call from me asking why it would cost so much. In sum, great service and work, but felt like my mom got burned on the price. But in all fairness maybe that would have been the going rate for anybody for that job. I guess we'll find out next time something breaks.
