The technician arrived exactly when they said he would and walked me through everything he was checking. He explained the issue in terms that made sense and showed me the problem area. The whole repair took about an hour and he cleaned up completely afterward. What impressed me most was how he took time to answer my questions about the electrical panel and even pointed out a few things to keep an eye on. The pricing was transparent from the start with no surprises.

Man, I was stressing because half the lights in my kitchen just quit on me right before a dinner thing. I hate calling repair people because it usually feels like a scam, but these guys were legit. The tech actually listened to me rambling about the flickering and found a loose connection in like twenty minutes. Super professional but still down-to-earth. It’s nice to finally find a local sparky who doesn’t overcharge for a simple fix. Cheers!

I received prompt and professional service from both the office staff and the electricians. They called and texted to inform me of their arrival time. The technician's text message included his photo and additional information in case I had questions. Throughout their work, I was kept updated on the progress of the repairs. They were very honest and great to work with. In the future, we will be using them to upgrade our electrical system.
