Big shout out to the security guards!!! Handled the mosh pit and crowd surfing with EASE! Crew was awesome, made sure everyone was okay and made it to floor safely! They def took a beating and they all for sure deserve raises or very high pay! Exceptional work

The venue is super small. There wasn't any directions on where we were supposed to go once inside. Adults had their children on their shoulders to see which is fine, but stand in the back so the kids not on shoulders can see. We ordered food and were told 15 minutes (this was a the concert started). It was ready 10 minutes before the concert ended. We actually had to stay after to eat.

Incredibly small venue that felt more like a nightclub and not a music venue. Large bar with enough staff to quickly serve everyone. Sightlines throughout the venue are absolutely awful unless you are standing in line with the stage itself as there are massive support pillars that surround the floor area, if you are sitting in any of the booths you can only see the performers from the shoulder up. Security guards kept shining lights in eachothers faces and goofing around during the bands which was a bit distracting because they kept getting others accidentally.

Good stage view from the pit. The access to different retions in the venue needs improvement ASAP. It was nearly impossible getting from the right end of the stage to the bar area, as people are allowed to block the ONLY TWO paths of access. This creates a difficult and rather dangereous situation...

Went here for an after party for a concert. The space is big, well vented, sound system good. Decor modern. The bar did not move fast enough for the number of attended guests. My friends and I had a great time, we just had to purchase 2 drinks at a time.

This place doesn’t care about patrons safety. They oversell shows and it creates a hazardous environment. All they care about is money. They don’t care how they make it as long as they do. Staff here is horrible, bartenders are rude and not friendly. How this place hasn’t been shut down for over selling, creating a safety issue is beyond me. They need to be investigated and held accountable for this. Overcrowding a nightclub could be disastrous.

I am not a sound engineer but something is way off with the sound at Big Night Live. The first band’s vocals were distorted, almost sounded like screeching tires, and not in a fun way. The second band had some sort of weird echo on the drums. Not as distracting as the first band but noticeable. Then the third band sounded way off. The vocals were distorted again and the guitar sounded like it needed to be turned up. I am not sure who is manning the soundboard but they need to do a better job. Will be a while before I try this venue again.

Super lit experience! Great staff, super clean bathrooms and the sound was insane! Saw Benny The Butcher, Grafh, OT Tha Real, and a bunch of other sick artists. Definitely recommend checking it out!

Interesting spot, I’d recommend aiming for the second level, it was much more comfortable than “the pit” area. However I did go to an EDM show so might be different based on artist/genre. Drinks are what you would expect, wasn’t hard to get them when needed though. I’d try to go to The Royale or Roadrunner instead if you’re looking to catch a GA standing room show, but still had a good time here

**Epic Night at Big Night Live!**
My first time at Big Night Live was for G Herbo's show, and it did not disappoint! The energy was insane, and one of the openers, Kuttah, absolutely killed it. The bartenders and security were top-tier—super hospitable and professional, making the experience even better. It was packed to the brim, but the vibes were unbeatable. Definitely returning for more! 🔥😎🙌 #GHerbo #BigNightLive #401Kuttah #DJ4EIGN

Alan Walker at Big Night Live felt like therapy in a hoodie. 🎶✨ The lyrics hit harder than my seasonal depression, and somehow every beat was a warm hug for my overworked soul. 🥹💜 It wasn’t just a concert — it was an emotional reset button with lasers. I came for the music, stayed for the feels, and left feeling a little more human. Big Night Live, thank you for the healing — and Alan, please narrate my life from now on. 🫶

This has got to be one of the worst venues I have been to (and having attended some basement shows in southie, that’s saying something). First off, they said on their website that food is available before or after the show at the restaurant, however when you go to the website, it says it’s inactive. When I asked about food at the bar, they directed me to the restaurant. It looked like a birthday party was going on at the restaurant, so I asked security, who said she wasn’t sure and ask who I assume was a manager who stated it was a private event going on and no one was allowed to enter. And then proceeded to ignore me walk to the bar and correct his staff. (Luckily my friend had some protein bars in her bag as a backup to take her medication.)
The prices of the drinks was pretty steep (7.49 for an 11.2 oz non alcoholic beer) but from a lot of the reviews you can see that (despite the owners pushing back and saying it’s appropriate)
Lastly though the venue says it’s wheelchair accessible, the section reserve for ADA seating was in the far corner from the door and required multiple steps, leading to them having to backtrack and bring a wheelchair user back to the other side of the venture and put them along the railing next to the bar. The steps are not safe and do not have contrasting colors leading to multiple people almost taking headers when entering and leaving the section.
Long story short, sneak in food and drink because there is no guarantee for food and their drinks are insanely over priced, and if you have mobility issues, don’t count on being able to enjoy the show as the ADA section gives you a wonderful view of the soundboard and security but not the stage.
