Fred from Apple Roofing has done inspections on our roof a few times and has replaced it once, my insurance agent recommended him to my husband and I years ago. He always tells us what goes on with our roof, siding, gutters or anything we ask about and even shows us pictures. Our family met Fred and Apple many years ago and since than, I have referred many others to Fred because of his honesty and knowledge.

Fred gave me an inspection after i had 1 other come out to inspect. My insurance agent recommended Fred and im glad they did. Other roofing company tried to sell me a $71,000 roof saying my roof was totaled and fred shot me straight and said there was no damage. Roof was not necessary and roof is in decent shape for its age.
Thank you Apple Roofing and thank you for hiring a honest guy like Fred Williams. Y’all will be my first call when I need a new roof.

Let me start with, my insurance hired them to inspect my roof not me. The lady that did my inspection was very rude and condescending. She told me she reported damage when there were areas she never went to. She showed up on a Saturday (very good) only 4 days after the storm that damaged my roof, and said they would have my estimate to the insurance on Tuesday. Well, 14 days and 3 phone calls later they finally sent in my estimate. The manager calld to apologize and said it had been done but just didn't get processed and he didn't know why. Then I find out she listed me as having a 29 guage corrugated roof when in fact I have a 26 guage, 1 inch AG roof (26 guage is thicker metal than 29 guage). I would expect a roofer to know the difference. Now I have to deal with my insurance AGAIN to get it corrected and a new check issued for the difference. Likely putting me back another 2 months from getting a new roof that was damaged a month ago.

I loved working with this company. Andrew was so easy to work with & you can tell they want to do a good job for their customers. Start to finish they treated my home with care. They did an excellent job on my roof and guttering. I couldn’t have been more satisfied with how it looks.
