I had a great experience renting a storage unit from Brian at Rochester Storage. Brian is very personable, professional, and easy to work with. Whenever I had questions, he was responsive and helpful, and he made the entire rental process smooth from start to finish.

The facility was always clean, secure, and well-maintained, and I never had any concerns about the safety of my belongings. When I received a shipment to my storage unit, Brian also helped me unload the truck, which made the process much easier.

If you’re looking for a reliable storage facility with excellent customer service, I highly recommend Rochester Storage. Thank you, Brian, for providing such a positive experience.

Rochester Storage did an excellent job with my move. They were great at communicating with me. They had reasonable pricing. They were very friendly, well-prepared & knowledgeable. The move went very efficiently at both my old place & new. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat & I'd absolutely recommend them to everyone I know!

I had an excellent experience storing my 1-bedroom apartment furniture with Rochester Storage for a little over two years. Everything came out in great condition—clean, well cared for, and exactly as I left it. Payment and checkout were seamless and easy the whole time.

Brian, who runs the storage, also went above and beyond by helping deliver additional furniture from the Twin Cities at a very reasonable cost. He did an outstanding job moving everything into my newly built home and was extra careful to avoid scratching anything. Highly recommend Rochester Storage—professional, reliable, and genuinely great service.

Outstanding Storage Experience at Rochester Storage!

I rented a unit at Rochester Storage for six months and couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The 24/7 access was incredibly convenient, and the unit itself was very clean and dry.

The property is spotless, which says a lot about how much pride they take in their operation. A special shout-out to Brian—he’s responsive, helpful, and always available when needed, which made the whole process easy and stress-free.

If you’re looking for a clean, secure, and reliable storage facility, I highly recommend Rochester Storage. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent here again!

We sold our home before we had a new place to live. Rochester Storage was awesome. We eventually needed 5 units to store our homes "things" for 2 months. Brian was awesome at providing the storage we needed (kinda last minute). Thanks. PWC

Mr Brian is so awesome, my things were left in storage for four years, not only did he work with me to get me an affordable price to move my things back to texas, he helped me arrange all the things by himself before he left. Four years later, my things still look good, no complain from me. God bless your awesome work.

On the first day we rented, the owner showed up and said he was watching the cameras and told us we are not allowed to smoke on the property, have any food or drinks at the storage. Owner seemed to not be OK with sitting at the unit organizing my items in the storage. He said this is a drop off/pick up facility. So if you need to be at your unit for more than a quick drop off/pick up than this probably isn't the facility for you.

Best service I've received from a business in a very long time. I got prompt responses to my inquiry and questions. We were able to start using the storage unit immediately. Canceling when we no longer needed the unit was just as simple. 100% recommend!
