We started to use Havva when our dogs were going to a larger grooming facility where it was way too overstimulating for them. Not only is it convenient to have her come to our home, but it is a personal experience to our dogs. One of our dogs is anxious/skittish and she recommended consulting with our vet for anxiety meds, which has been a lifesaver for our vet trips now too. She is honest and lets us know of any concerns that we may have not noticed. It is obvious she cares about the work she does and our dogs love her!

Havva is amazing! She grooms my little Janet every few weeks and it’s so convenient, especially for a nervous dog. Before I found Chic Grooming I used to take Janet elsewhere with inconsistent results. Janet always looks and smells amazing after her groom with Havva. Truly a superior experience.

The best grooming experience I’ve ever had.
I have a Goldendoodle, and he used to get anxious and fussy when going to other grooming places. This place is completely different. My dog goes in happily, and when the grooming is done, I can clearly see how calm, relaxed, and happy he is.

The haircut is excellent, the place is very clean and hygienic, and the customer service is outstanding. They truly understand dogs’ psychology and adjust their approach based on what your dog needs at that moment.

I highly recommend them to everyone. Hands down the best in San Diego.

Havva from Chic Paws was a true gift for my Stella’s care and my peace of mind! My 12 year old pup has a heart condition and is battling cancer. Havva handled her with so much love and care. I felt completely confident that my Stella was safe while with her. AND Stella received the BEST groom she has ever had. I kid you not, she looked like a puppy again when Havva was finished! Haava is so great with our Labrador Maya...
It is so nice having someone we can trust to take such good care and has such a nice rapport with our dog.

We just moved to San Diego and needed a mobile pet groomer and we are so glad we trusted the reviews and picked Chic Paws! Havva was so accommodating and communicated well. She is thorough, quick and listens to what you want. She also is very well educated on dogs and offered advice. I felt very comfortable with her and so did my baby, Charlie. Havva is an amazing groomer! She is quick, does a really great job, and treats our pup with tremendous care. You can tell she truly cares about each animal she works with. No regrets at all. If you're on the fence, don't think about it and schedule some time if your dog needs a new groomer. Highly recommend!

Havva was amazing. I went to a different groomer a week before and she butchered my dogs haircut. Havva took the time to go over my dog’s haircut, listen to my needs, and thoroughly answered my questions. She is incredibly knowledgeable about dog breeds and the best haircuts! My dog was incredibly nervous and she kept him calm by talking to him and giving him treats. I felt so comfortable leaving my dog with her. She took the time to perfect my dogs haircut. When I picked up my dog he was perfect! She even added a bandana! My dog got so many compliments on his haircut in the coming days. I highly recommend Havva and her grooming business because she has OUTSTANDING skills, is knowledge about dog breeds and their haircuts, operates in good-faith, is transparent and trustworthy with her clients, and willing to go the extra mile to meet the needs of her clients. Not to mention her mobile van makes it incredibly convenient! Businesses like Havva’s deserve to have the community’s money recycled into their pockets because they operate in such a high integrity of good-faith.

I had an amazing first experience with Chic Paws and mobile grooming! Havva was wonderful—timely, sweet, kind, and very communicative throughout the entire process.
