I had a great experience from start to finish. Jose initially greeted me and took the time to go over all my options and provide helpful information. I really appreciated that he never made me feel pressured or uncomfortable about my budget—he was kind, polite, and genuinely pleasant to work with. He even offered me a free injection, which was such a helpful bonus as I was getting started.

I also saw Dr. Houston, who was incredibly kind and informative. She walked me through everything in a way that made me feel comfortable and confident, again without any pressure or judgment regarding my budget.

The office was clean, welcoming, and the entire staff was friendly. Overall, a very positive experience—I would definitely recommend!

I was a new patient walking in with no appointment, and Jammie was so helpful and knowledgeable. She made me feel so comfortable and at ease. I can't remember the providers name who I saw that day as well, but she was amazing and very helpful. It was a good experience overall.

I always request to see Jammie. She is very patient and goes out of her way to provide the best for my needs and concerns. I came in on Friday 7/26 it was really close to closing. She still gave me exceptional service and also went out of her way to suggest trying Lipo X to help me since I was not wanting to go up in dose. It was also the last day that Lipo X had a sale going on. She stayed late and didn't make me feel rush. I appreciate her!!!

One of my favorite places to come to, i started my care at 318 pounds, im now at 119 in weight and reversed my Liver disease. I continue to come here because its recorded in my history of weight gain and weight loss. Its recorded in my accountability and my efforts fighting my up hill battle. I do not regret coming here. Im good with my weight now but still use this place to record my weightloss and get other things to help promote my weightloss, such as Lipo Maxx injections .

Let me start off by saying that I have started my journey here a while back. I weighed 276lbs and I am now close to almost 100lbs down! All of the staff at this location are amazing, but every time I come in, I specifically ask for Fabi! She has seen me from the beginning of my journey! Her words of encouragement, positivity, advice, compliments, friendliness, etc… is what makes me want to keep up with this Semiglutide program!!! The doctors are really friendly and personable, and have a lot of helpful information. However, they couldn’t really give specific advice for someone like me, who has a restricted palate. They have more of a one size fits all approach, which unfortunately doesn’t work for me.

Another important thing I should mention is the staff. There are many different staff members. Most of them are quite friendly. Unfortunately I happened to get a staff member who was rude. She rolled her eyes at me a few times, and discouraged me about my weight loss goals. It almost made me want to leave at that moment.
