We absolutely love MaidPro! They are incredibly flexible, have wonderful customer service, and always do an amazing job. Their team is helpful, professional, and does a fantastic job getting our house clean and ready for our upcoming rentals. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would! Highly recommend!

Debris on carpet after they vacuumed. Blinds only partially clean. Items not put back in place (coffee tables, pictures, lights, speakers, lamps, shower fixtures, etc). Was a quick general cleaning without attention to detail. This is only the 2nd maid service we've purchased so maybe we were expecting too much.

Very dissatisfied with the service. When I called to get a quote, I gave very specific details about the house. The ladies didn't even speak English to speak to them. They complained about the house and time quoted and demanded more money. I will never hire Maidpro again!

I had an absolutely outstanding experience with this cleaning company. The service was excellent from start to finish. The crew that came to my home was incredibly friendly, kind, and very professional. They made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.

I also want to recognize David, who assisted me throughout the process. He was extremely helpful, professional, and took the time to clearly explain everything about the service. His communication and support really made a difference.

On top of that, the pricing was very fair for the quality of service provided. I truly appreciate the great work and will definitely be using them again in the future.

I had this cleaning done as a gift to a young Mom who just lost her Mom. The funeral is today. 2/20/2026. Thanks to Maidpro she was able to sit and rest Wednesday night with a book smack dab in the middle of what was proving to be a very hard week. I lost both parents and a husband and understand all the preparation mixed with grief that is involved. Thank you so much for lightening her load. God bless you all the days of your lives! She will be having guests in her home tonight to celebrate her Mom. Keep her in your prayers. Thanks again.
