Highly disappointed. I paid $400 for a team of three, and the service was far below acceptable. Took them about 2 hours maybe three.
They appeared to do little more than lightly dust a few tabletops with what looked like a dirty dust cloth. No cleaner was used, and many items were completely overlooked. Knickknacks weren't dusted at all, the window sills were still filthy, the blinds were covered in dust, and the sliding glass doors weren't cleaned at all we requested everything what that wasn't done.
They also failed to properly clean the floors. The area rugs on my tile floors were never vacuumed or moved, even though they supposedly mopped underneath them. I never saw or even smelled any evidence that the floors had been mopped. A week later, I picked up the rugs and dirt poured out from underneath them, confirming the floors had never been cleaned.
The baseboards, which were included in the service, were also left untouched. To make matters worse, we specifically told them they did not need to clean two bedrooms and an office, so they had significantly less work than a typical whole-house cleaning.
Their carelessness was obvious. They were rough with our belongings, broke a couple of items, and were throwing things around without any concern, even while we were home. Since they left, two of our remote controls have disappeared.
I'm attaching a photo of their checklist. I've marked everything they failed to complete with red X's. They also pressure customers to leave a review immediately, before you've had a chance to inspect their work. That's probably why they have a 4.7 rating. They brought someone afraid of dogs and wanted me to keep him outside in 100° weather when instead I just moved him room to room which was very inconvenient.
Overall, this was a very expensive, very disappointing experience. I feel completely ripped off and would not recommend this company.

Elizabeth and Peter the owners are super sweet and are very Godly Christian people. You can trust them and their staff.. They did an amazing job and our home is beautiful because of them. Our home smells amazing and we would definitely recommend them to everyone. Thank you and May God truly Bless your business.

This family-owned business failed to provide the level of service that was promised when the appointment was scheduled. On the day of service, the owner's wife and an employee arrived but declined the job without adequately assessing the work that needed to be completed and abruptly left the property. When I contacted the owner for clarification, he explained that they did not believe the work could be completed within the three hours they had allotted. My concern is that no effort was made to discuss modifying the scope of work or rescheduling, which raises questions about the company's ability to deliver the services they advertise.

I hired this company for a deep clean and appreciated the detailed intake process—they asked for square footage, room count, and specific services, and they advertise a 49-point checklist, which set strong expectations.

I was told five hours would be enough, but only one cleaner arrived initially, and a second joined almost two hours later. At the five-hour mark, I was informed they couldn’t finish the job. Unfortunately, nearly half of my 2,000 sq. ft., four-bedroom home was left undone.

Some of the completed areas also missed the mark—blinds and ceiling fans still had visible dust. That said, the bathrooms were cleaned very well.

The owner was very kind, but the issue is with execution and communication. The time estimate and staffing didn’t match the scope of work promised. I hope this feedback helps improve planning so future customers receive the full service that’s advertised.

Real review here (service done in March 2026). If you are shopping around for a Maid/Cleaning service look no further. This is the only company that I have ever dealt with that has a massive checklist of all of the cleaning items/points to go over to ensure everything in the house from top to bottom is spotless. I had the Team clean my property that was in very dirty condition (to the point where I thought I was going to have to replace many items such as cabinets sinks and alot of other things). The team came in and cleaned everything to look like it was almost in new condition, I was blown away. Their attention to detail is the best I have seen and your house will look like new after they are done. Consumers want quality and consistency and that is exactly what the company provides.
